Youths of Điện Biên towards Party congress at all levels

ĐBP - In preparation for the Party congresses at all levels for the term 2025-2030, youths of Điện Biên province have been actively promoting awareness, especially highlighting the dynamic and voluntary role of young people. Many meaningful and effective projects and initiatives have been implemented, suited to the local conditions.

The provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee has developed a plan to intensify propaganda, creating unity in the political awareness and action of officials, union members, youth, and the community regarding the Party congresses at all levels, the 15th provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress. This effort aims to create an atmosphere of excitement, trust, and reinforce the strong belief of youth in the Party’s leadership.

The propaganda work is aligned with the directives and political orientations from the Party committees at all levels and aims for high quality, practicality, and effectiveness. The provincial Youth Union has set out the contents of propaganda before, during, and after the Party congresses for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on the fundamentals of Marxism-Leninism, Hồ Chí Minh’s thought, the 95-year history of the Party, and its growth through the congresses. The campaign also includes spreading the objectives, significance, and results of implementing Resolution No.18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on “Some issues regarding the continued innovation and restructuring of the political system to make it more streamlined and effective” and the process of restructuring the political system in line with the proposed plan.

The provincial Youth Union has launched a wide range of propaganda activities across websites, information portals, and digital platforms of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union. Various promotional materials like infographics, video clips, and trailers about the Party Congress have been designed to engage and connect with the youth, making the information more accessible and engaging. The campaign encourages officials, union members, and youth to actively share and post positive information about the congress on personal social media platforms. Additionally, the movement “One Good News a Day, One Beautiful Story a Week” has been implemented, which highlights role models of “good people, good deeds” and outstanding practices in studying and following President Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style.

Notably, the provincial Youth Union organized a design competition for communication products to celebrate the 15th provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Through this competition, the youth have gained a deeper understanding of the purpose, significance, and importance of the Party congresses at all levels. The event reaffirms the youth’s belief in the Party’s leadership and the youth’s responsibility in building and protecting the Party.

Along with the propaganda work, the provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee has launched a special emulation campaign with the theme: “Youths of Điện Biên Are Proud and Confident Following the Party, Striving to Compete in Celebrating the Party Congresses, the 15th Provincial Party Congress, the 6th National Emulation Congress (2025-2030), and other major events in 2025.” At the same time, many meaningful, practical initiatives are being carried out to focus on socio-economic development, improve the material and spiritual life of the people and youth, and contribute to building infrastructure and urban areas.

To celebrate the upcoming Party congresses and the 14th National Party Congress, youths of Nậm Pồ district have undertaken various meaningful youth projects, such as helping people replace temporary or dilapidated houses, constructing rural roads, building waste-sorting houses at schools, and engaging in environmental cleaning activities under the theme “Clean, Green, Beautiful.” These projects demonstrate the youth’s volunteer spirit, creativity, and responsibility in contributing to the community’s development.

Quàng Mạnh Hải, Vice Chairman of the Youth Front Committee under the provincial Youth Union shared: “Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Youth Union has launched four major youth projects: supporting rural road construction in Pá Nậm and establishing a computer lab in Chiềng Sơ commune (Điện Biên Đông district); lighting the border road in Nà Bủng 3 hamet, Nà Bủng commune (Nậm Pồ); and lighting rural roads in Cuông hamet, Quài Cang commune (Tuần Giáo). These initiatives serve to foster political awareness, develop the local economy, and reinforce people’s trust in fulfilling the political duties outlined by the Party’s resolutions.”

The efforts of youths are contributing to an overall boost in the socio-economic development of Điện Biên, with a deepening connection between the youth and the province’s development goals.
