ĐBP - In response to increasingly complex and unpredictable weather conditions, authorities and management agencies in Điện Biên province are intensifying efforts to ensure the safety of reservoirs, irrigation works, and hydropower facilities. From inspections and risk assessments to preventive maintenance and repairs, a range of measures is being implemented to minimize the risk of incidents, safeguard critical infrastructure, and secure water supplies for production and daily life.
