Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, attended the event to encourage local voters and fulfill his civil right and obligation.

The ceremony followed strict democratic protocols, beginning with a formal flag salute, followed by the introduction of delegates and the reading of the opening address.

To ensure absolute transparency, the election team disseminated the voting rules and internal regulations of the polling station before inviting voters to witness the public inspection and sealing of the ballot boxes. This ritual, conducted under the watchful eyes of the community, serves as the bedrock of the election’s integrity, signaling a process that is as open as it is disciplined.

Addressing the assembly, the election team representative emphasized the profound significance of selecting individuals who possess both “virtue and talent” to represent the will and aspirations of the people.

Immediately following the opening rites, Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng was among the first to cast his ballot, leading a group of over 1,400 voters from Residential Groups 3, 5, and 7.

The atmosphere at Polling Area No.16 was recorded as exceptionally organized and solemn. From the earliest hours of the morning, residents had gathered to carefully scrutinize the candidate biographies one last time before heading to the booths.

The meticulous preparation of the venue, combined with the high turnout of enthusiastic citizens, reflects a deep-seated public trust in the democratic process and a collective responsibility toward the province’s future growth in this new term.
