The lack of a stable indigenous seed source not only makes production dependent on external supply but also becomes a concern for the entire agricultural sector.

Through the industrial promotion program, Điện Biên province’s enterprises and rural industrial establishments have enhanced their production capacity, labor productivity, and product quality, increasing their competitiveness in the market, especially for small and micro-scale businesses.
