From electric motorcycles and cars for daily travel to electric taxis for passenger transport, eco-friendly vehicles are becoming increasingly common on local roads, helping reduce emissions, lower operating costs, and gradually foster environmentally friendly transportation habits.

ĐBP - Facing requirements for agricultural restructuring toward modernity, the Điện Biên provincial People’s Council passed a Resolution at its 4th session stipulating support policies for sector restructuring toward concentrated, green, smart, and sustainable commercial production.

ĐBP - In the process of developing agriculture towards green, smart, and sustainable directions, Điện Biên province identifies agricultural restructuring as a core task tightly bound to the target of new-style rural area development.

ĐBP - Determined to achieve the highest possible results in implementing the 2026 revenue and expenditure budget estimates, the fourth session of the 16th Điện Biên provincial People’s Council for the 2026-2031 term discussed a range of budget management solutions for the remaining months of the year. Provincial authorities and departments clarified key measures aimed at ensuring proactive, flexible, and disciplined fiscal management, maximizing revenue collection, promoting efficient resource mobilization, and strengthening expenditure control.

ĐBP - In the first six months of 2026, against a backdrop of numerous difficulties and challenges, Điện Biên province still maintained its positive growth momentum. Under the drastic leadership and direction of the provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council, and the People’s Committee, alongside the synergy of the entire political system, many socio-economic development targets and tasks achieved encouraging results, creating a firm foundation to successfully realize the goals of 2026 and the entire 2025-2030 tenure.
