With their pioneering spirit and youthful enthusiasm, the youth chapters in Mường Ảng District have mobilized members and young people to launch numerous meaningful projects to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels. These include building flower-lined roads, upgrading and repairing deteriorated roads, cleaning up urban and rural areas, and assisting local residents in agricultural production.
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc, Secretary of the Mường Ảng District’s Youth Union, stated that the Standing Committee of the district’s Youth Union has developed a clear and specific action plan to mobilize and engage young members. Key activities include contributing workdays, mobilizing hundreds of youth members to develop the Nặm Cứm community-based cultural tourism village in Ngối Cáy Commune, and leveraging various resources to support local residents, union members, and young workers in production, creating livelihood models that help disadvantaged families improve their living conditions.
According to the Secretary of Mường Ảng District’s Youth Union, these initiatives in celebration of the Party congresses carry significant political meaning, providing an opportunity for young people to demonstrate their leadership and commitment. These efforts contribute to reinforcing public trust, ensuring the successful implementation of key tasks, and creating a dynamic emulation atmosphere at the grassroots level. As the Party congresses for the 2025-2030 term approach, under the leadership of the provincial Farmers’ Associations, farmers across the province have demonstrated strong self-reliance, actively developing their household economies and contributing to poverty reduction in their communities.
Mr. Giàng A Vàng, a resident of Ngã Ba hamlet, Mường Toong commune (Mường Nhé district), shared that through Party congress dissemination by local Party committees, authorities, and mass organizations, he has come to understand my social responsibility. That is why he hass been striving to improve his family’s economic conditions, doing his part for this significant national event.
Currently, Mr. Giàng A Vàng’s family owns nearly 2,000 square meters of fish ponds, about 700 Thai mango trees, and combines livestock farming with forest conservation. Thanks to this integrated VAC (Garden-Pond-Livestock) model, his family earns over VNĐ 150 million annually.
Under the guidance of the Government and provincial authorities, local administration has set clear goals and strategies for competitive movements, ensuring their alignment with socio-economic development objectives. Particularly, key movements such as: “The entire nation unites to build new rural areas”, “Supporting the poor to ensure no one is left behind”, “the whole nation joins hands to replace makeshif and dilapidated houses by 2025”, and “Public officials and civil servants promote a professional workplace culture”… have been effectively integrated with the mouvement to study and follow President Hồ Chí Minh’s thought, morality, and lifestyle.
Emulation movements towards the Party congress are no longer just a slogan. They have become a concrete action embraced by the entire political system and the people in the province. They stand as clear evidence of the strength and determination of the Party, government, and all ethnic groups in their pursuit of national development, striving toward a bright and sustainable future as Vietnam steps into a new era of progress.
