The class gathers 100 participants from two affiliated Party committees: the Party Committee of Điện Biên teachers’ training College and the Party Committee of Lê Quý Đôn High School for the gifted.

Over the course of two weeks (from April 27 to May 10), the trainees will study five key topics, including: an overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; an overview of the history of the provincial Party Committee; the platform for building the nation during the transition to socialism; the fundamental contents of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; learning and following President Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, morality, and style; and striving to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Upon completion, participants will write a reflection paper and receive a certificate of participation in the Party awareness training class.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyễn Duy Chinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee, emphasized that Party awareness training is an essential and mandatory program for outstanding individuals before being considered for Party membership.

To ensure the course’s quality, he requested the advisory and supporting agencies to strictly manage the class in accordance with regulations and learning policies, and to create the best possible conditions for effective learning. Instructors were asked to organize their teaching schedules properly and follow the planned curriculum.

Trainees were urged to uphold a strong sense of responsibility, strictly comply with class rules, and actively engage in studying and discussing relevant topics.
