Tủa Thàng commune Party Committee ready for its first congress

ĐBP - Immediately after officially operating under the new commune-level government structure, the Tủa Thàng commune Party Committee has focused on thorough and careful preparations to successfully organize its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Tủa Thàng commune Party Committee was established through the merger of the Party Committees of two communes: Huổi Só and Tủa Thàng. Currently, the entire Party Committee comprises 28 subordinate branches and affiliated party organizations with a total of 514 members.

In accordance with Directive No.45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025, of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels in preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Plan No.219-KH/TU dated May 9, 2025, of the provincial Party Committee on implementing the directive, the Tủa Thàng commune Party Committee promptly developed a plan to organize the congress. They have held meetings to disseminate and explain the directive and resolutions of the Central Party Committee and the provincial Party Committee to all officials and Party members. Supporting subcommittees for the congress, including the Documents Sub-committee, the Dissemination & Ceremony Sub-committee, and the Logistics & Services Sub-committee, have been established with clear task assignments and specific timelines.

Mr. Vừ A Hùng, Secretary of the Tủa Thàng commune Party Committee, stated: “The preparation and organization of the congress are being carried out in accordance with the Party’s rules and principles, especially democratic centralism, promoting the authority and responsibility of the Party committees, organizations, and leaders at all levels; ensuring safety, practicality, and efficiency, avoiding ostentation, and resolutely preventing waste and negative practices. We will continue to enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party organizations and members, strengthen the great national unity bloc, and consolidate the trust of officials, Party members, and the people in the Party.”

The Document Sub-committee studies materials and drafts the documents for the first Tủa Thàng commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The preparation of congress documents is being conducted carefully, seriously, and in a timely manner. Reports focus on objectively and honestly assessing the current situation, identifying strengths and weaknesses, analyzing causes, and drawing lessons learned from implementing the resolutions of the previous term (2020-2025) of the pre-merger communes. On this basis, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term are proposed. During the drafting process, the Party Committee has sought input from officials, Party members, and people from all walks of life, particularly former commune leaders and retired officials, so that the final documents truly represent the collective wisdom of the entire Party Committee and local people.

Security and order preparations have also been carried out meticulously. The Party Committee has directed the police and military forces to coordinate closely to ensure no unexpected situations arise. Infrastructure and facilities serving the congress have been prepared. Practical activities to welcome the congress, such as landscaping improvements, rural road construction, assistance to poor households, and promotion of community culture, have been implemented to strengthen public trust in the Party and State, and to create unity in political awareness and action within the Party and consensus in society, thereby ensuring the success of the congress and the implementation of the resolutions for the 2025-2030 term.

In the lead-up to the congress, the commune Party Committee has actively promoted patriotic emulation movements and organized cultural and artistic activities. Political and ideological work, particularly in information and propaganda, has been strengthened to rally the great national unity toward this important event for the Party Committee, local government, and ethnic communities.

Mr. Sùng Nhè Mão, Secretary of the Party Cell in Làng Vùa village, shared: “Through announcements on the loudspeaker system, we have been informed about the commune Party Congress. People expect that in the new term, the commune Party Committee will propose concrete directions and solutions in various fields to lead and direct the effective use of local potential and advantages, develop the economy, increase incomes, and meet the criteria for building new-style rural areas.”

Although newly established with heavy political tasks ahead, the Tủa Thàng commune Party Committee has demonstrated proactivity, seriousness, and methodical preparation in every stage for its first congress of the 2025-2030 term. The success of the congress will lay an important foundation for Tủa Thàng to realize its socio-economic development orientations and improve the lives of its people.
