Directly inspecting and guiding the trial operation at Na Sang commune, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Mùa A Sơn praised the preparation and organization of the activities. The first meeting of Na Sang’s People’s Council simulated a full official session, including the announcement of the number of representatives in the newly restructured People’s Council, the promulgation of resolutions from the provincial People’s Council on appointing personnel to key positions such as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and members of the Council’s committees; the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the commune People’s Committee. The meeting also discussed the establishment of the Economic and Budget Committee and the Culture and Social Affairs Committee of the People’s Council, as well as the establishment of several departments under the Commune People’s Committee.

Mùa A Sơn suggested that the commune officials continue to promote the tradition of unity, take responsibility, overcome challenges, and strive to fulfill their duties. He emphasized the importance of ensuring all citizens’ needs are met as the new model of governance is implemented.

Regarding the operation of the Public Administrative Service Center, preliminary assessments show that Na Sang commune has successfully followed the provincial People’s Committee’s guidelines, fully implementing the expected procedures.

At Điện Biên Phủ ward, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Giàng Thị Hoa directly attended and supervised the trial operation of the first meeting of the People’s Council and the operation of the Public Administrative Service Center. The center at Điện Biên Phủ ward has prepared all the necessary infrastructure and equipment, publicly posted all administrative procedures for the commune, and arranged staff to handle and process administrative procedures for residents. During the trial, both online and interconnected administrative procedures were processed efficiently, ensuring compliance with the required procedures. Notably, for interconnected administrative tasks, the process was smooth, synchronized, and the time to complete them was significantly reduced compared to previous procedures.

The trial operations of the People’s Councils and Public Administrative Service Centers at these localities above aim to review, evaluate, and refine the operational processes, ensuring smooth governance once the official system begins functioning on July 1. The goal is to ensure timely, effective, and coordinated operations that improve the quality of public service.
