provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng gave a brief overview of the geographical features, population, socio-economic conditions, and the difficulties in the province’s education work.

He also shared the local education and training sector’s efforts to overcome difficulties in improving the quality of teaching and learning. The provincial Party Secretary also introduced the model of 15 Inter-level Primary and Secondary Boarding Schools currently being implemented in border communes throughout the province.
