Nà Bủng ready for the commune Party Congress

ĐBP - These days, in the border commune of Nà Bủng of Điện Biên province, people of all ethnic minority groups are eagerly looking forward to the first Nà Bủng commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. From grassroots Party cell meetings, personnel consultation conferences, to activities celebrating the Congress… all reflect a strong determination for renewal.

With the active leadership of the commune’s Party Committee, all 26 affiliated Party cells have now successfully held their congresses. The commune Party Committee closely directed the organization of these congresses, focusing on guiding the cell leadership to prepare the political reports and personnel work in accordance with regulations. Evaluation shows that the congresses of Party cells were conducted democratically, in unity, and with innovation; each cell clearly identified its goals, orientations, tasks, and leadership solutions for the new term.

“With the close direction and guidance from the commune Party Committee, the first Congress of the Party Cell of the Nà Bủng commune Party Organizations was a great success, and members of the Party Cell were elected with high confidence,” said Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thúy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell.

Nà Bủng commune was established from the merger of the former Nà Bủng and Vàng Đán communes. The commune Party Committee now has 26 Party organizations and 317 Party members. Implementing Directive No.45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025, of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress (shortened as Directive No.45), and Plan No.219-KH/TU dated May 9, 2025, of the Điện Biên provincial Party Executive Committee on implementing Directive No.45, the Nà Bủng commune Party Committee promptly developed a plan to organize the Congress, held dissemination conferences, and disseminated the directives and resolutions of the Central Party Committee and provincial Party Committee to all officials and Party members.

The Nà Bủng Commune Party Committee’s meeting to discuss preparations for the first Party Congress.

Mr. Trần Đình Nhuận, Secretary of the commune Party Committee, said: “Following the instructions of the Central Committee, the provincial Party Committee, and the provincial Party Organization Commission, preparations for the first Nà Bủng commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term have been carried out thoroughly. All key tasks, such as dissemination, drafting political documents, preparing personnel, facilities, ensuring political security and social order, have been closely directed by the commune Party Committee.”

With the spirit of innovation, creativity, and practicality, the commune Party Committee established three subcommittees to serve the Congress: Documentation, Dissemination-Ceremony, and Security. In particular, preparation of the Congress documents was carried out rigorously, seriously, with high quality, and on schedule. The reports focused on accurately assessing the current situation, ensuring objectivity and honesty, clarifying strengths, shortcomings, causes, and drawing lessons learned from implementing political tasks in recent years. Based on this, the Congress sets forth specific goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

In drafting the Congress documents, special attention was given to gathering feedback from officials, Party members, and people of all walks of life, especially former commune leaders and retired officials, so that the documents to be presented at the Congress truly reflect the collective wisdom of the entire Party and people in the commune.

The first Nà Bủng commune Party Congress is expected to take place on August 21-22, with the participation of 100 delegates. The commune Party Committee is mobilizing all resources, coordinating closely between departments to fully prepare facilities, ensuring the Congress will be solemn, economical, and practical. Dissemination efforts have been intensified in diverse forms. Information on the time, location, and significance of the Congress is being broadcast through the commune’s loudspeaker system, posted on the commune’s website, and disseminated at Party cell meetings. The commune has put up banners, slogans, and posters along main roads, creating an atmosphere of excitement among officials, Party members, and the public.

The commune Party Committee has launched patriotic emulation movements; organized cultural, artistic, and sports activities to create a vibrant atmosphere towards the big day of the Party and people in the commune. Plans have also been implemented to ensure political security, public order, health, fire prevention, and absolute safety during the Congress.

Preparations for the Nà Bủng commune Party Congress are being carried out urgently, seriously, and with high responsibility. Everything is ready for a successful Congress, creating a foundation and momentum for Nà Bủng to move firmly forward on its new development journey.
