Executive Board of Điện Biên provincial Party Committee convenes 3rd conference

ĐBP - On the afternoon of November 20, the Executive Board of the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, 2025-2030 term held its 3rd conference.

The event took place under the chairmanship of comrades: Trần Tiến Dũng, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Lê Thành Đô, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Council; Lê Văn Lương, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Mùa A Vảng, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Attending the conference were members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, members of the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments and sectors; and secretaries of communal/ward Party Committees.

The conference focused on discussing and giving opinions on important contents and unanimously approved the Working Regulation of the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee, 2025-2030 term; the Full-term Working Program of the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee, 2025-2030 term; the Working Regulation of the provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, 2025-2030 term; the Full-term Inspection and Supervision Program of the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee, 2025-2030 term; and the provincial Party Committee’s Inspection and Supervision Program for 2025.

Subsequently, the provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission thoroughly grasped and implemented Regulation No.366-QĐ/TW dated August 30, 2025, of the Politburo on the review, assessment, and classification of quality for collectives and individuals within the political system; and Conclusion No.198-KL/TW of the Politburo on the policy for assessing leading and management officials in the political system.

The Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee sought feedback on the draft Regulation on the review, assessment, and classification of quality for collectives and individuals in the political system of Điện Biên province.

At the conference, comrade Mùa A Vảng, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, thoroughly grasped and implemented the Conclusion of the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Speaking at the conference, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the delegates. The provincial Party Secretary emphasized the requirement to strengthen regional linkage between communes, especially in agricultural development and tourism; provincial departments, sectors, and localities need to proactively and closely coordinate with investors; focus on mobilizing and effectively using resources, striving to successfully achieve the set goals and targets, and ensuring the growth rate.
