Enhancing the dissemination for Party congress at all levels

ĐBP - Recognizing the important role of dissemination in helping party members and officials understand the purpose and significance of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, creating political and ideological unity, and promoting collective action, the Party Committee of the Điện Biên provincial Party Agencies has focused on intensifying dissemination efforts to encourage and motivate all party members to participate in movements and strive to achieve the set goals and tasks.

With the aim of spreading awareness so that officials, party members, civil servants, and workers understand the importance of the Party congresses at all levels, the Party Committee of the provincial Party Agencies has proactively issued plans to promote the congresses at all levels and the Party Congress of the provincial Party Agencies for the second term (2025-2030).

Accordingly, dissemination activities will be carried out before, during, and after the congress, aiming to create an enthusiastic atmosphere and build trust in the upcoming party congresses. Dissemination work is also linked to collecting feedback from party members on the drafts of documents for the Congress of the provincial Party Agencies, the Congress XV of the provincial Party Committee, and the Congress XIV of the Party. At the same time, it aims to ignite patriotism and national pride, and prevent hostile forces from exploiting feedback for disseminating wrong, misguided, and negative information to undermine the Party and the State; firmly fighting and defeating all schemes and sabotage activities of enemies, reactionaries, and malcontents regarding the Party Congresses.

The welcome slogan for the Party congresses at all levels is frequently displayed on the electronic welcome gate of the provincial Political School.

Trần Cao Cường, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party Agencies, shared: “Dissemination work is divided into three phases and carried out continuously from April 2025 until the conclusion of the XIV Congress of the Party. Each phase will focus on specific contents that align with the timing, including dissemination on implementing Directive No.35-CT/TW; the significance, goals, tasks, context, and time of the Party Congresses; the results and achievements of the 2020-2025 term; patriotic movements, activities welcoming the congresses at all levels leading to the Congress XIV of the Party; outstanding role models in various social fields, especially in implementing resolutions of the Party committees; and the atmosphere of celebration ahead of the congress.” Dissemination methods are diverse, lively, and practical, tailored to each agency’s and unit’s conditions, such as through meetings, branch activities, news articles in the Điện Biên Phủ Newspaper, official websites of agencies, social media pages, banners, slogans, posters welcoming the congress, organizing cultural and sports activities, and launching patriotic emulation movements in celebration of the congress.

In addition, the committee is also working to enhance the physical environment in offices and units, and conduct clean-up campaigns in preparation for the congress; organize photo exhibitions about prominent achievements in socio-economic development, national defense, security, Party building, and political systems of Party committees to celebrate the Party Congress of the provincial Party Agencies.

Lê Tiến Dũng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Political School, stated: “In preparation for the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, our Party Committee has strengthened dissemination during meetings and branch activities; increased posting of documents, news articles related to the congresses on the school’s electronic information portal; displayed slogans on the electronic welcome gate; and hung banners and slogans at the conference hall before and during the provincial Political School Party Congress. The committee has organized the first-quarter special meeting with the theme of mobilizing all resources and strengths to implement the success of the 2025-2030 term plan for the Political School Party Congress and for the local branches for the 2025-2027 term. The school has also launched a special emulation movement to complete the goal of making the Political School a Level 1 standard by 2025, considering this a project to celebrate the provincial Party Congress XV.”
