ĐBP - In the vibrant atmosphere of spring, the joy and faith of officials, party members, and people of Điện Biên are multiplied as the 14th National Congress of the Party has taken place successfully, completing the entire program content, opening a new development stage for the country.

ĐBP - With ethnic minority groups accounting for more than 80% of its population, the Party Committee of Điện Biên province has identified the development of ethnic minority Party members as a central, long term task in Party building.

ĐBP - The implementation of Resolution No.57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation is identified as a central, consistent political task of the Điện Biên healthcare system, aiming to build a modern healthcare system and comprehensive public health care.

ĐBP - The application of digital technology in dissemination work for the 14th National Party Congress at agencies, units, and localities in the province has brought clear effectiveness. Digital platforms, social networks, and modern media have spread information quickly, enhanced interactivity, and created consensus and trust among officials, party members, and the people in the Party’s leadership.

ĐBP - As the 2026 Lunar New Year (Tết) approaches each year, cases of students making, storing and using homemade fireworks tend to rise, posing serious safety risks. To ensure safety and prevent fires and explosions, schools and educational institutions across the province have stepped up communication and education efforts to raise students’ awareness.

ĐBP - With a proactive, drastic, and highly responsible spirit, in 2026, Điện Biên province focuses on implementing the National Target Programs (NTPs). Localities have concentrated resources to synchronously implement the NTPs, aiming to promote socio-economic development, create clear changes in rural areas, ethnic minority and mountainous areas, and step by step improve the quality of people’s lives.

ĐBP - In recent times, Điện Biên province has focused on improving the quality of grassroots Party organizations in border areas through many synchronous solutions. The work of building and consolidating Party organizations has been deployed extensively, associated with improving the leadership capacity and combativeness of Party committees and party members.

ĐBP - These days, from central areas to remote and border regions, Điện Biên youths are looking towards the 14th National Congress of the Party with many practical actions; contributing to spreading the atmosphere and entrusting the faith of the young generation in the Party’s leadership.

ĐBP - The 15th Congress of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term marks a milestone of special significance, opening a new development phase for the province toward a green, smart and sustainable economy, with the ambition of becoming a fairly developed province in the region. Based on the Congress Resolution, the provincial Party Committee has issued action programs and plans to translate the goals into concrete tasks, demonstrating strong determination to quickly bring the Resolution into practice.

ĐBP - In the highland border region of Điện Biên, from newly built houses and solidarity meals in remote villages to patrol sessions, the presence of border guards and ethnic people is constant, from which the “people’s heart posture” is formed and tightened over the years.

ĐBP - Implementing the policy of developing the rural traffic system, recently, many localities in Điện Biên province have focused on doing well the mass mobilization work, promoting dissemination, and mobilizing people to participate in building inter-village and inter-commune roads.

ĐBP - The election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 tenure is an important political event of the country.

ĐBP - In the eager atmosphere looking towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, at the border junction of Sín Thầu commune, outstanding children of the Party are silently contributing day and night.

The draft Political Report submitted to the 14th Party Congress has established a system of development goals and indicators for the 2026 - 2030 period, demonstrating the strategic vision and strong aspiration of the nation to rise in the new era.
