Culture and society have made clear progress; education and healthcare improved; poverty reduction and social security achieved positive results; and great national solidarity has been further consolidated.

In the era of renewal and international integration, patriotic emulation movements continue to innovate in both content and form, closely tied to studying and following President Hồ Chí Minh’s thought, morality, and style. Practical movements and exciting peak campaigns have spread widely, encouraging people to enthusiastically engage in labor, production, study, and work, thereby contributing significantly to socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, and building an increasingly transparent and strong political system.

These results form an important foundation for the province to continue promoting traditions, further igniting patriotic emulation movements, and creating a widespread impact throughout society.

Outstanding collectives in the patriotic emulation movement receive Certificates of Merit from the provincial People’s Committee.

The leaders emphasized that as Điện Biên enters the 2025 - 2030 period, the province faces both opportunities and intertwined challenges. Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee, authorities, and people of all ethnic groups in the province must continue to nurture the aspiration for development, strengthen the great national unity, mobilize maximum resources, seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and strive to successfully realize the goals and tasks set by the congress, building Điện Biên into a fast-growing, sustainable, prosperous, and civilized province.
