Điện Biên fosters emulation movement in production activities

ĐBP - Toward the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, enterprises across the province have been actively engaging in labor and production movements, improving the quality and efficiency of business operations, while also contributing to social welfare programs.

These days, a vibrant atmosphere of labor emulation spreads across factories and construction sites in the province. To welcome the congress, many enterprises have proactively registered specific emulation targets linked to their production and business tasks, reflecting the determination of managers, workers, and employees alike.

At the Điện Biên High-Tech Brick Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Mường Thanh ward), nearly 50 workers are busy operating machinery and transporting bricks from kilns to stockyards. In October 2025, the company aims to produce 200,000 bricks per day to meet partner orders, targeting a 10% increase in output and a 15% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year.

Director Bùi Văn Ước shared: “To encourage production emulation among workers, we reward teams and departments with outstanding performance and encourage individuals to propose initiatives and improvements. We promptly recognize excellent and advanced workers. At the same time, our Trade Union focuses on improving workers’ material and spiritual lives, supporting those with difficulties so they can feel secure at work. When productivity and output rise, revenue grows, and the company develops steadily, it also contributes to the province’s overall economic growth.”

At the Điện Biên Rubber Joint Stock Company, the labor emulation movement is being implemented with practical content, focusing on sound management, skilled labor, technical improvement initiatives, creativity in production and business, and ensuring occupational safety and fire prevention. The company regularly organizes commendation conferences for outstanding individuals and collectives. In 2025, its emulation campaign is divided into two phases tied to major national and local events.

Currently, the company is implementing the second phase (July 1-December 31), to mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), the 96th anniversary of the Vietnam Rubber Industry’s traditional day, and especially to celebrate the 15th Provincial Party Congress. This phase is also a decisive push to fulfill and exceed the 2025 production and business plan. Through this movement, the company expects to further promote solidarity, creativity, and efficiency, contributing to both corporate sustainability and provincial development.

Lò Văn Thiệp, a worker at the Na Sang Rubber Team of the company, said: “Together with all officials, Party members, and people heading toward the Provincial Party Congress, we are working with the spirit: ‘Safety, productivity, quality,’ striving to surpass production and business targets and ensure workers’ livelihoods.”

Beyond efforts in production and business, many enterprises also actively join social welfare activities in response to the emulation movement, such as supporting the construction of solidarity houses, giving gifts to poor households and those in difficult circumstances, and helping families affected by natural disasters. These actions foster a lively atmosphere, spreading good practices within the business community. At the same time, they affirm the role of enterprises in socio-economic development, demonstrating trust and long-term commitment to the province’s progress through tangible and practical contributions, laying the foundation for Điện Biên’s breakthroughs in the new term.
