The provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term held an election for the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretaries of the provincial Party Committee, the provincial Party Inspection Commission, and the Chairman of the provincial Party Inspection Commission.

As a result, the provincial Party Executive Committee elected 14 comrades to the 15th Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Comrade Trần Tiến Dũng, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, was elected with confidence to the position of Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Comrades Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Mùa A Vảng, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board for the 2020 - 2025 term, and Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and Hà Quang Trung, Member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board for the 2020 - 2025 term and Deputy Head of the provincial Party Organization Commission, were elected with confidence to the position of Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The provincial Party Executive Committee elected the provincial Party Inspection Commission, consisting of 11 comrades. Comrade Nguyễn Sỹ Quân, Member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Chairman of the provincial Party Inspection Commission for the 2020 - 2025 term, was re-elected with confidence to the position of Chairman of the provincial Party Inspection Commission for the 2025 - 2030 term.

After the first meeting, the Điện Biên provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term made its debut before the Congress. On behalf of the Executive Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Trần Tiến Dũng expressed gratitude for the trust and confidence shown by the Congress and affirmed that this is both a great honor and a profound responsibility entrusted by the officials, party members, and ethnic peoples of Điện Biên province.

To achieve the goals and tasks set by the Congress, building Điện Biên into a green, smart, and sustainably developing province and rising to become a fairly developed province in the region, the 15th provincial Party Executive Committee pledged to build on the achievements and results of previous Executive Committees and is determined to overcome and rectify shortcomings and limitations. They will strive to innovate their thinking, promote internal strengths, expand democracy, focus their intellect, be dynamic and creative, and dare to be disruptive, think, act, and take responsibility. They will preserve unity within the provincial Party Executive Committee, among officials, party members, and all classes of people, and strictly adhere to the principle of democratic centralism in Party activities.

They will focus on specifying and resolutely implementing the Congress’s Resolution, taking “the spirit of Điện Biên Phủ” as a peacetime mandate for development. The responsibility of the collective Executive Committee and each individual member will be tied to the goals, targets, and tasks in the spirit of clear roles, clear work, clear responsibility, clear timelines, and clear results. They will effectively promote the province’s potential and advantages and are determined to build a strong and developed Điện Biên province.

The Congress also held a farewell ceremony for the members of the provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term who are not participating in the new 2025 - 2030 term.
