Following the leadership and guidance of the provincial Party Committee, the provincial People’s Council, the provincial People’s Committee, and the orientation of the provincial Commission for Information and Education and Mass Mobilization, local media organizations have proactively developed communication plans for each stage and key task, ensuring that information is timely, accurate, in-depth, and widely disseminated throughout society.

Their communication efforts have focused on promoting the documents of the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Điện Biên provincial Party Organization, resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, key development programs and breakthrough initiatives, as well as leadership and direction by Party committees in implementing resolutions. Media agencies have also highlighted action programs of Party organizations and the development and implementation of programs, projects, campaigns, and emulation movements carried out by various sectors and organizations throughout the province.

In particular, media agencies have actively renewed both the content and formats of their communication activities to ensure information is timely, accurate, and accessible. Numerous specialized pages, columns, and feature reports have been developed to explain the core contents of Party resolutions while vividly reflecting their implementation at the grassroots level.

At the same time, media organizations have paid special attention to identifying and promoting exemplary models, innovative approaches, and outstanding collectives and individuals involved in implementing Party policies. Through practical and relatable stories, Party resolutions have been communicated in a more accessible and understandable way, helping people gain a clearer understanding of their significance, objectives, and benefits. As a result, citizens have become more actively engaged, contributing to socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security throughout the province.

According to Nguyễn Ngọc Sơn, Deputy Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Information and Education and Mass Mobilization, “Media agencies in the province have effectively fulfilled their role in bringing the Party’s guidelines and resolutions closer to officials, Party members, and the people. Many specialized pages and programs have been developed with rich and accessible content, helping people better understand Party policies and State regulations. This has contributed to greater unity in awareness and action, facilitating the implementation of resolutions and supporting socio-economic development.”

A notable example is the implementation of Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU issued by the provincial Party Committee on restructuring the agricultural sector toward concentrated commodity production that is green, smart, and sustainable for the 2026-2030 period, with a vision to 2035. Media agencies have intensified communication through a variety of formats, promptly highlighting initial achievements, innovative approaches, and effective models at the grassroots level. These efforts have helped spread positive influence, inspire innovation in agricultural production, and accelerate the realization of the resolution’s goals.

“Thanks to information provided by the media, we have been able to keep up with the province’s agricultural development policies and learn about effective production models in different localities. The practical and easy-to-understand stories published by the media help residents clearly see the benefits of crop restructuring and applying science and technology in production. As a result, people are changing their mindset, actively learning from successful experiences, improving incomes, and developing their household economies,” said Lò Văn Tỉnh, Secretary of the Party Cell of Cói Bánh village, Mường Ảng commune.

As the official voice of the Party Organization, government, and ethnic communities of Điện Biên province, and as an information bridge between the Party, government, and the people, Điện Biên Newspaper and Radio-Television Station has closely followed the province’s political tasks and communication orientations set by the provincial Party Committee and the provincial Commission for Information and Education and Mass Mobilization. The agency has focused on publicizing the action program for implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress in conjunction with the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Điện Biên provincial Party Organization for the 2025-2030 term.

The agency has also actively communicated the implementation of seven strategic resolutions adopted by the Politburo (13th tenure), covering key areas such as international integration, science and technology, education and training, healthcare, energy security, legal reform, and private-sector development.

Nà Tấu commune was established through the merger of Nà Tấu commune, Mường Đăng commune, and Ngối Cáy commune. At its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Nà Tấu commune Party Organization adopted a number of thematic resolutions to provide comprehensive leadership and direction across various sectors, contributing to the successful achievement of development goals.

According to Nguyễn Tiến Tuấn, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nà Tấu commune Party Committee, in addition to promoting Party resolutions through commune meetings, Party cell activities in villages and residential communities, and the grassroots public broadcasting system, provincial media agencies have consistently accompanied local authorities by promptly reporting outstanding achievements in implementing resolutions. Through these efforts, Party resolutions are gradually becoming part of everyday life and serving as a driving force for local development.

By proactively renewing communication content and methods, closely following real-life developments, and maintaining close connections with grassroots communities, media agencies in Điện Biên province are helping to widely disseminate the Party’s guidelines and resolutions, build social consensus, and inspire aspirations for development. This is also an important driving force for turning the goals and tasks set forth by Party Congress resolutions at all levels into reality, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Điện Biên province in the new era.
