Revenue climbed steadily from VND 45.33 billion in 2020 to VND 63.78 billion in 2021, reached VND 76.58 billion in 2022, hit VND 83 billion in 2023, and further increased to VND 85 billion in 2024. Profits also showed significant growth, starting at VND 460 million in 2020, rising to VND 622 million in 2021 and VND 755 million in 2022, before settling at VND 477 million in 2024. Targets for revenue, profit, state budget contributions, and the implementation of policies for employees have all been ensured. The average income of officials and staff has increased steadily each year, helping to stabilize the lives of hundreds of local working families.

Aiming to develop trade and services in the province, in early 2025, the Hoa Ba Education, Trade and Services Co., Ltd. commenced the Hoa Ba Tuần Giáo Supermarket project in Tuần Giáo commune. The project has a total investment of over VND 40 billion, built on a plot of land over 4,000m². It includes a 3-story commercial building, each floor nearly 1,300m², designed to be modern, convenient, and consumer-friendly. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Once operational, Hoa Ba Tuần Giáo Supermarket will offer tens of thousands of items, from essential goods and consumer products to high-end items. It will also serve as a place to display, introduce, and sell local agricultural products and OCOP products.

The construction of Hoa Ba Tuần Giáo Supermarket is also a concrete step in line with the locality’s socio-economic development orientation, helping people access modern services while also sustainably consuming local agricultural products.

Participating in the social welfare activities of the provincial Business Association, during the 2020 - 2024 period, the Company donated over VND 310 million in total to humanitarian and charitable funds, supported students in highland areas, and gave gifts to poor households and policy-beneficiary families.
