In a solemn, uplifting and proud atmosphere, on November 25, the Party Cell of Đứa hamlet (Quài Tở commune) held a ceremony to admit outstanding individual Là Thị Bước (born in 1995) into the Party. Pursuant to Decision No.104-QD/DU dated November 3, 2025, issued by the Standing Board of the Quài Tở Commune Party Committee on Party membership admission, Là Thị Bước was officially inducted into the ranks of the Party. This marked an important milestone recognizing her persistent efforts and dedication, while also adding a young member with strong qualities and capacity to the Đứa hamlet Party Cell.

Speaking at the ceremony, newly admitted Party member Là Thị Bước emotionally shared: “As a young person in my locality, I feel extremely honored and proud to be admitted to the Party. This is both a source of pride and a great responsibility, motivating me to continue striving, studying, setting an example in my work and daily life, and making a small contribution to the development of the hamlet and the locality.”

The admission of Là Thị Bước has raised the total number of Party members in the Đứa hamlet Party Cell to 20, including 18 full members and two associate members. This represents an important step forward, reflecting growth in both quantity and quality, and helping the cell meet political task requirements in the new period.

Giàng A Dế, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Quài Tở commune, emphasized that Party membership admission is not only an honor for the individual but also evidence of innovation in grassroots Party building. Once admitted to the Party, new members must uphold their pioneering and exemplary role, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and work in unity with the Party cell to lead the people in building new style rural areas and improving material and spiritual living standards.

After a period of continuous study, training and effort, three outstanding individuals  Nguyễn Thanh Tâm, Tòng Thị Tươi and Hoàng Thị Thanh Hải were recently admitted to the Party by the Party Cell of Nà Tấu Kindergarten (Nà Tấu commune). The ceremony took place in a solemn yet warm atmosphere, reflecting the Party cell’s attention to Party building and development within the public education sector.

With deep emotion and pride, newly admitted Party member Tòng Thị Tươi shared that being admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam had long been her aspiration and goal. To earn this honor, she consistently worked to cultivate moral integrity, improve professional competence, and enhance her sense of responsibility, successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks. She expressed gratitude for the guidance and support of the Party cell and senior Party members throughout her training and development.

As a young and enthusiastic Youth Union member, Lèng Thị Loan from Mới 1 hamlet (Mường Chà commune) has consistently strived to become an outstanding individual, actively participating in activities and emulation movements launched by the locality. With a strong sense of responsibility, constant self-improvement, and exemplary conduct in both work and daily life, she earned the trust and guidance of the Mới 1 hamlet Party Cell, gradually maturing and meeting the conditions for Party admission.

Expressing her emotion, Lèng Thị Loan said: “Becoming a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a great honor and source of pride for every Youth Union member. It is not only an honor but also a responsibility, urging me to continue contributing and striving to be worthy of the trust placed in me by the Party and previous generations of Party members.”

Fully aware of the role and responsibility of a Party member, she strictly observes regulations on what Party members must not do, while continuously studying to strengthen political resolve, ethics, lifestyle, and a spirit of serving the people. Her admission to the Party recognizes her personal efforts and also helps add young strength and fresh momentum to the Mới 1 hamlet Party Cell in grassroots Party building.

In recent years, Party development across the province has achieved positive results, leaving clear marks in both the number and quality of newly admitted Party members. Through close leadership and direction from Party committees at all levels, along with enhanced political and ideological education and a focus on identifying and nurturing outstanding individuals, from the start of the term to April 2025, the province admitted 10,150 new Party members. This figure reflects not only organizational growth but also the trust and aspiration to contribute among the masses toward the Party.

For each individual, being admitted to the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a source of honor and pride. The moment of taking the oath before the Party flag is a sacred one, marking the culmination of a long process of effort and self-improvement, from strengthening political awareness and moral cultivation to demonstrating responsibility in work and grassroots emulation movements.

Alongside the sense of responsibility and commitment of outstanding individuals, Party cells have actively created sources, provided training, and admitted new members, playing an important role in consolidating and strengthening grassroots Party organizations. This helps add young, capable, and responsible members, thereby enhancing leadership capacity and combat strength to meet political task requirements in the new period. More broadly, the growth of the Party membership base lays a solid foundation for the Party to continue upholding its leadership role, driving socio-economic development, strengthening public trust, and successfully achieving its goals in the time ahead.
