This is the militia and self-defense force - the force of the local people, who do not detach from production and work, serving as the “steel shield” at at the grassroots level and a solid support for local people.

ĐBP - On March 23, Inspection Delegation No.1911 of the Politburo and the Secretariat, led by comrade Lê Hoài Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chief of the Party Central Committee’s Office, had a working session with Điện Biên province to present the Draft Report on the inspection results of the delegation regarding the Standing Board of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee.
