ĐBP - The Military Command of Điện Biên Province on Tuesday held a working session regarding military and defence tasks with the Military Command of Phongsaly Province in Phongsaly Province, Laos.

ĐBP - On the morning of 7th June, Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of Điện Biên Province’s Party Committee and Chairman of the province’s People's Committee, met with the delegation of the French Development Agency (AFD) led by Hervé Conan, Director of AFD in Vietnam.
