The one-stop service office has been newly built with dedicated rooms, fully equipped with computers, internet access, and IT applications to facilitate administrative work. Clear task assignments have improved the efficiency of administrative procedures.
Every year, the Party committee and authorities of Chiềng Sinh commune focus on strengthening administrative discipline, public service execution, and local governance. They issue annual plans for administrative reform communication, review legal documents, and address existing challenges, contributing to a more modern, seamless, effective administration that better serves citizens and businesses.
Under the one-stop and interconnected one-stop mechanism, the People’s Committee of Chiềng Sinh commune has intensified efforts to oversee administrative procedures, implement electronic transactions, and improve transparency. All administrative procedures under the commune’s jurisdiction are now processed electronically, ensuring uniformity in application. Procedures are publicly listed at reception and results-returning areas, while application processing statuses are regularly updated, enhancing convenience for individuals, organizations, and businesses. As a result, 100% of administrative procedures are received and resolved at the one-stop service office, with a digitalization rate of 99.69%.

As part of the transition towards e-government and digital governance, Chiềng Sinh commune actively promotes and guides residents in using online public services. Local officials support citizens in setting up VNeID accounts, digital signatures, and submitting administrative requests online.
Online public services bring numerous benefits to both residents and businesses, including simplified registration, 24/7 accessibility, cost and time saving, reduced paperwork, and greater transparency. This has led to widespread public adoption, with many residents now submitting applications and tracking their progress from home instead of visiting government offices.
According to Lò Văn Pánh, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Chiềng Sinh commune, one of the most notable achievements in administrative reform has been the simplification of procedures, reducing time and hassle for residents. The attitude and service quality of commune officials have significantly improved, following the principles of Four Requests (Be polite, be humble, be attentive, and be helpful), Four Always ( Always smile, always speak kindly, always listen, and always assist), Five No's (No bureaucracy, no harassment, no delays, no irresponsibility, and no misconduct) in public service ethics. Since the launch of the friendly government initiative, the commune has sent 42 congratulatory letters to families with newborns, 13 wedding congratulation letters, and 10 condolence letters.
Moving forward, Chiềng Sinh commune aims to further integrate IT solutions into administrative processes and expand online public services, gradually building an efficient e-government and digital governance system to meet the demands of modern administration.
