At the end of July, the Party cells of Physics - Technology - Office; Chemistry - Biology; Literature; History - Geography - Foreign Languages; and Mathematics - Informatics (under the branch-level Party Committee of Lê Quý Đôn Gifted High School) held a Party admission ceremony for outstanding student members from Grade 12. At this school named after a great scholar, there was no resounding drumbeat or lavish bouquets, yet the ceremony moved many to tears, for it was the admission ceremony for the school’s “red seeds.” Ten exceptional young faces, representing the specialized Grade 12 classes, were admitted to the Party after a long journey of tireless effort, striving, and self-discipline. Each of them carries with them noble ideals and a desire to contribute to the community and the nation.

The moment when students placed their right hands over their hearts, eyes fixed on the Party flag and the national flag, solemnly reciting the oath, was unforgettable for Hồ Phương Thảo of Class 12C3. For her, it was not only a pledge of honor but also an affirmation of maturity in ideals, character, and responsibility. Phương Thảo expressed emotionally: “I still can’t believe I have officially become a Party member. I remember every training session, every moment when teachers encouraged me to strive harder. I feel a greater sense of responsibility, not only to myself but also to my collective and to what I will do in the future. I will try to live up to the trust my teachers and the Party have placed in me.”

Lê Quý Đôn Gifted High School is not only renowned for its national and international academic achievements but also as a place that nurtures beautiful souls and young citizens who live with ideals. The school now feels even more confident as its own students begin to chart a political path, ready to take on responsibilities in the future. Behind this achievement is the dedication and persistence of the entire teaching staff.

Nguyễn Bích Ngọc, Vice Principal and Deputy Secretary of the school’s Party Committee, shared: “We don’t just teach our students knowledge. We want to nurture in them the right ideals, awaken their sense of responsibility to the community. The fact that they are admitted to the Party is proof of their maturity in many aspects, and it is also the result of a humane, disciplined, and dynamic learning environment that we have been striving to build.”

At Thanh Chăn High School, alongside improving education quality, the school also pays special attention to developing Party membership among students, a practical approach to building a reserve of future cadres for the locality and the country. The school’s Party cell considers the selection and training of outstanding students in academic performance, moral character, and dedication as a top priority.

According to statistics, in the 2024-2025 school year, the school organized a Party awareness training course for seven students. These were all students with good academic records, active participation in Youth Union and Students’ Association activities, and a strong sense of community responsibility. Although no students have yet been admitted to the Party this school year, with clear orientation and active involvement of the teaching staff, Thanh Chăn High School is steadily affirming its role as a place that nurtures future young Party members, contributing to building a strong Party organization right from the high school level.

Speaking about this orientation, Principal Trần Đăng Khoa said: “We consider developing Party membership among students not only a political task but also a motivation for them to strive for all-round personal development. The process of selecting and training ‘red seeds’ is conducted seriously, with close coordination between the Party cell, the Youth Union, and homeroom teachers. This creates a healthy educational environment that helps students grow in both thought and action.”

Admitting students to the Party while they are still in high school is not only a memorable milestone in each student’s journey to adulthood but also evidence of the strategic and humane vision of schools in educating life ideals and instilling social responsibility in the younger generation. Not only Lê Quý Đôn Gifted High School and Thanh Chăn High School but also many other schools in the province are gradually paying more attention to identifying, training, and creating favorable conditions for these “red seeds” to develop comprehensively in knowledge, character, and political will. These students are the future of the country, those who will inherit, uphold, and further the noble values of the Party and the nation.
