The movement’s positive impact has contributed to strengthening the political system, promoting socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security.

Inspired by President Hồ Chí Minh’s philosophy, “Effective mass mobilization leads to success in all endeavors,” the movement in Nậm Pồ District has continuously innovated, focusing on proactive, practical, and flexible approaches. The district’s authorities, armed forces, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations have developed models tailored to local conditions and aligned with key political tasks. Efforts to promote the movement have been integrated into socio-economic and security-defense plans through competitions, meetings, and community gatherings.

With the engagement of the entire political system, the movement has expanded across the district. In 2024, 20 “Effective Mass Mobilization” models and exemplary figures were recognized (including 13 models and 7 outstanding individuals). Many of these initiatives have effectively addressed urgent local issues, strengthened the political system, and enhanced community solidarity.

The movement has encouraged local economic growth by mobilizing members of various organizations and economic sectors to leverage local strengths, apply scientific and technical advances, and support one another in production and business. It has also successfully persuaded residents to donate land and clear areas for infrastructure projects, thereby facilitating the district’s economic and social development.

Tráng Thị Cầu, head of the Women’s Association Model for Revitalizing Traditional Weaving, Embroidery, and Textile Craft in Nà Bủng 1 village, Nà Bủng commune, shared that this model not only produces traditional products and provides women with additional income, but also helps preserve their ethnic heritage and cultural motifs. They have designed unique patterns that uphold our traditions while appealing to modern markets, expanding our product reach. Currently, 30 members participate in the initiative, earning an average income of VNĐ 2 to 3 million per month.

Following the principle “The State and the people work together,” the “Effective Mass Mobilization” movement in rural development has garnered active participation from various sectors and the public. Numerous high-quality models have successfully engaged officials, Party members, and residents in building new rural areas, such as: “Flower-lined roads,” “Green, clean, and beautiful roads managed by women,” “Clean homes, green gardens, and litter-free streets and rivers,” “Waste sorting at the source.” Thanks to these efforts, the district’s average number of new rural-style development criteria per commune has increased to 12.20, up by 1.07 from 2023.

In national defense and political system reinforcement, the “Effective Mass Mobilization” movement has focused on promoting civic responsibility in safeguarding national security, countering hostile forces’ attempts at “peaceful evolution,” and maintaining social stability. The armed forces have integrated the movement with patriotic campaigns such as: “Emulating the spirit of President Hồ Chí Minh’s Soldiers,” “Sacrificing for the nation, serving the people,” “The entire population protects national security,” “Building a strong national defense.”

The tangible results of the “Effective Mass Mobilization” movement in Nậm Pồ district affirm its significance as a well-conceived initiative that aligns with Party guidelines and resonates with public aspirations. The movement has strengthened the bond between the Party, the government, and the people, inspiring widespread participation in socio-economic development, national security, and political system consolidation.
