During the conference, experts and delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on several aspects of the decree, such as: the selection of comparable land plots when applying the comparative method in order of priority; the application of the land pricing method; cases where the State leases land with a one-time payment for the entire lease period; regulations on training institutions providing knowledge on land valuation; examination and certification of completion of training courses on land valuation; land price tables; adjustment, amendment, and supplementation of land price tables within the year of application; procedures and content for determining land prices using the comparative method, and more.
Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Trần Hồng Hà emphasised that this decree provides detailed regulations and guidance for the implementation of the 2024 Land Law. It addresses land valuation methods, the construction, adjustment, amendment, and supplementation of land price tables, specific land valuations, and the conditions for practising land valuation consultancy. Based on the opinions of experts and delegates, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to urgently explain, absorb, and complete the draft decree for submission to the Government for consideration and decision-making in accordance with legal procedures and regulations.
