For nearly three decades, this institution has nurtured dreams, fueled aspirations, and cultivated knowledge for generations of students, many of whom have gone on to achieve remarkable success, bringing pride to this heroic land.

ĐBP - Upholding the spirit of “Uncle Hồ’s soldiers”, veterans’ associations across Điện Biên province have launched a wide range of campaigns and activities in recent months, aligning them with local political tasks to celebrate the upcoming 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Congress.

ĐBP - From June 1, the set of 600 theoretical questions for the road motor vehicle driving test was officially applied nationwide, marking the transition of management over driver training, testing, and licensing from the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction) to the Ministry of Public Security. After more than three months of implementation, the question set has proven to be not only an exam bank but also a handbook on laws, skills, and traffic culture. It contributes to improving driver training quality, building awareness of safe and civilized traffic participation, and reducing accidents.

ĐBP - On an early autumn morning, the alarm bell rings, signaling the start of a new day filled with hope for 12 Lao students adopted by the Điện Biên provincial Police. The initial timid steps in a foreign land have now become more confident as they gradually integrate, pursue knowledge, build dreams, and foster strong bonds of friendship under the loving care of the people’s police officers.

ĐBP - Commune-level veterinary staff are the frontline force in disease prevention, control, and livestock monitoring at the grassroots level. Despite playing a vital role, they continue to face many difficulties in their daily work. With ongoing organizational restructuring and increasingly complex epidemics, it is essential to research and introduce practical, suitable support policies to ensure efficiency, maintain stability in livestock production, and secure farmers’ livelihoods.

ĐBP - Điện Biên Vocational College has officially merged with Điện Biên College of Economics and Technology to form Điện Biên College, marking a necessary step aligned with the government’s policy of streamlining institutions and the modern development trend of vocational education. Immediately after the merger, the school moved quickly to stabilize its organization and set ambitious goals for breakthrough development in the future.

ĐBP - More than 1,400 students, teachers, and parents of Him Lam Secondary School (Mường Thanh ward) took part in a hands-on firefighting and rescue drill on September 13.

ĐBP - Though the wars have long passed, the pain and the void left behind remain present in the families of fallen soldiers. On the historic land of Điện Biên, where the legendary victory once “resounded across five continents and shook the globe”, many graves have yet to be found or identified.

ĐBP - With a spirit of urgency and determination to “overcome sun and rain,” officers and soldiers of the Điện Biên provincial Military Command are devoting their full efforts to the campaign “Thirty Days of Speed - Reaching the Finish Line.” Their commitment to the motto “For the People” is being translated into new homes for disaster-stricken families, giving them safe shelter and peace of mind to rebuild their lives.

ĐBP - Right after the Politburo issued Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on August 22, 2025, on breakthrough development in education and training, the education sector of Điện Biên province quickly took action with a spirit of initiative and determination. Instead of waiting for detailed guidelines, many schools rolled up their sleeves to transform the spirit of renewal in the Resolution into concrete actions, promising real change from the very start of the new school year.
