Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Lương Đình Ngọc, Chairman of the provincial Association of Veterans from Agencies and Enterprises, emphasized that educating today’s youth about revolutionary traditions is essential in the current era of integration and development. He stressed that such education helps nurture solidarity, resilience, and national pride among young people.

The program aims to build a young generation that is politically aware and resilient against hostile ideological attacks, especially on social media platforms. It also helps build their resistance to social negativity and hostile forces attempting to distort history and divide the nation.

During the gathering, students were engaged in a meaningful discussion led by Senior Colonel Ngọc on the historical significance of April 30, 1975 - the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. They also revisited key moments in Vietnam’s revolutionary history and learned about the strategies used by hostile forces to undermine national unity and sovereignty, and erode public trust in the Party and State.

As part of the program, participants were also equipped with essential skills to recognize and respond effectively to misinformation and harmful activities both online and in everyday life.
