Điện Biên youths active in “Exam Season Support” campaign

ĐBP - The 2026 High School Graduation Exam has entered its final testing day, closing the 12-year academic journey of the candidates. Throughout the exam period, at various exam locations across Điện Biên province, the blue color of volunteer youths’s shirts has constantly accompanied the candidates with many practical support activities, fueling them with motivation to confidently complete this important exam.

In Mường Chà commune, during the exam days, the food and beverage service area for candidates was always bustling from early morning. While the candidates took advantage of the time to review their lessons before test hours, youth union members and volunteers urgently prepared free, nutritious meals to energize them before entering the exam rooms. The exam location at Mường Chà High School hosts more than 230 candidates. Accompanying the students, the Commune Youth Union deployed the “Exam Season Support” campaign continuously from June 10 to 12. Members actively encouraged the students’ spirit, supported them into the exam rooms, and promptly handled arising situations, while directly entering the kitchen to cook free meals throughout the exam days.

The budget is allocated at over VND 30,000 per student per day for the two main meals.

To operate the “field kitchen” right at the exam location, the Mường Chà commune Youth Union mobilized 58 volunteers. The kitchen also received contributions from border guard officers and soldiers, as well as members of the commune women’s union. From 6:00 AM, the volunteers were present to prepare hot breakfasts and lunches. The estimated expense to organize these free meals for candidates is over VND 20 million, raised through a socialization campaign launched by the commune People’s Committee.
