The meeting aimed to deploy related contents while guiding and noting several issues during the program’s implementation.
Vũ Văn Thượng, Member of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, Director of the Điện Biên Newspaper, Radio and Television, and Deputy Head of the Organizing Panel, chaired the meeting.
Delegates attending the meeting heard a quick report on the preparations for the “Planet 4.0” media, science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation education program. Up to this point, the preparations for the dress rehearsal and recording are basically complete, ensuring the set schedule.
The content, technical, sound, lighting, LED system, recording, stage, logistics, and team coordination departments proactively deployed their tasks according to the exact plan. It is expected that on the morning of May 17, the production crew will conduct a dry run and full dress rehearsal of the entire program operation process at the studio, ensuring smooth coordination among all departments.
At the meeting, delegates and representatives of the participating schools discussed and raised several recommendations related to organizational work. These included assigning speaking, commenting, and result announcement tasks to the Jury in each competition section, considering the arrangement of large screens at the stage wings, reviewing the presentation files of the school units, regulating the number of cheerleaders participating in the audience, and building detailed scoring sheets for each competition section.
Delivering the concluding remarks at the meeting, Vũ Văn Thượng requested all departments to continue carefully reviewing the preparation stages to ensure the program takes place safely, follows the script, and achieves the best quality. During the dry run and dress rehearsal, teachers from the schools will accompany the crew to coordinate the adjustment of related contents. He also requested units and schools to continue coordinating closely with the Organizing Panel, accompanying the building of a rewarding and creative playground, and spreading the spirit of learning, scientific research, innovation, and digital transformation to students in the province.
