With the theme “Empowering Vietnamese youth for the new era”, the 10th National Congress of “Uncle Hồ’s good children” will be held in Hanoi from May 13 to 15. Điện Biên’s delegation includes seven exemplary students (three boys and four girls) from primary and secondary schools. These delegates were selected based on their outstanding academic performance in provincial and national competitions, as well as their active involvement and achievements in youth and pioneer activities from 2020 to 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Mùa A Sơn congratulated the delegates selected to attend this prestigious national event. He emphasized that participation is not only a personal honor but also a source of pride for the students’ families and schools. He noted that the event offers a unique opportunity for the delegates to engage, connect, and learn alongside peers from across the country in one of the most significant events for Vietnamese children.
He also expressed his hope that, in addition to strictly following the event’s rules and regulations, the delegates would actively participate in all activities, absorb the spirit and messages of the congress, and exchange experiences with peers from other provinces. He encouraged them to proudly represent Điện Biên and help promote the image of the province’s youth to the rest of the nation.
