This initiative is part of the lead-up to the 9th National Congress of the Việt Nam Youth Federation (2024–2029) and aims to intensify the “I Love My Country” movement. It highlights the proactive, volunteer spirit of youth members in participating in socio-economic development, poverty alleviation, and ensuring social welfare while contributing to the building of new rural areas.

Through these volunteer activities, the volunteering campaigns create opportunities for youth members to practice, contribute, and grow. The campaigns also aim to strengthen unity among young people from ethnic, religious, and border communities while consolidating and enhancing the quality of Youth Union and Youth Federation organisations.
