ĐBP - On the afternoon of 23rd October, a delegation from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, led by Trần Quốc Cường, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, paid a visit to Mường Nhé Border Guard Station and Mường Nhé District’s Upper Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities. Comrade Đỗ Đức Duy, Member of the Party Central Committee and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment chaired the working session in Hải Dương Province, whereas Comrade Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of the Điện Biên Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed in Điện Biên Province.
