ĐBP - Bùi Thanh Sơn, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Tuesday paid a visit and conducted official business in Điện Biên. Trần Quốc Cường, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Provincial Party Secretary; and Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with the delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

ĐBP - A delegation from the Government Inspectorate, led by Nguyễn Duy Bính, Deputy Head of the Central Citizen Reception Committee, held a working session on Tuesday with the People's Committee of Điện Biên Province. ĐBP - On the morning of 10th July, the Provincial People's Council inaugurated its 15th session - the mid-year regular session of 2024. The session was chaired by Lò Văn Phương, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Giàng Thị Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council. Present at the session were Trần Quốc Cường, Member of the Party Central Committee and Provincial Party Secretary, and Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

ĐBP - On the morning of 9th July, the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam organised a nationwide conference to disseminate Regulation No. 144-QĐ/TW on revolutionary ethics standards for cadres and party members in the new period, and Directive No. 35-CT/TW on Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party. The conference was conducted both in-person and online, with 15,644 venues across the country and nearly 1.3 million cadres and party members participating.

ĐBP - On the morning of 7th June, Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of Điện Biên Province’s Party Committee and Chairman of the province’s People's Committee, met with the delegation of the French Development Agency (AFD) led by Hervé Conan, Director of AFD in Vietnam. The two sides discussed the "Agroecology and Safe Food System Transitions" (ASSET) project, funded by France’s Group for Research and Technology Exchanges (GRET).
