Thanks to this, the movement “All people protect national security” has increasingly gone into depth, promoting the role of the People as the main actors in preserving the peace of daily life.

Imbued with that ideology, mass mobilization work in Điện Biên over recent years has continued to innovate toward staying close to the people and the grassroots-level, placing citizens at the center of all guidelines and activities.
