ĐBP - The Resolution of the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, has identified important development goals for the potential-rich mountainous border province of Điện Biên. With the high determination of the entire political system, along with the aspiration to rise strongly, the major goals and orientations of the Resolution are being concretized into action.

ĐBP - Recently, alongside the whole country, localities and units across the province have actively and flexibly collected public feedback on the draft documents for the 14th Party Congress using various suitable methods. This clearly reflects the Party and State’s principle of “people as the root” while also promoting collective intelligence, democratic spirit, and the responsibility of each official, Party member, and citizen in perfecting the Congress documents.

ĐBP - The 24th session of the 15th Điện Biên provincial People’s Council has concluded successfully, passing many important resolutions directly related to people’s lives and the socio-economic development of the province. The resolutions clearly demonstrate policy orientations prioritizing practical fields such as tourism, agriculture, and education to mobilize resources, exploit potential, and improve service quality and people’s lives.

ĐBP - The year-end session of the 15th Điện Biên provincial People’s Council, term 2021 - 2026, took place in a democratic, frank, and responsible atmosphere.

ĐBP - On the afternoon of December 9, the Điện Biên provincial Military Party Committee organized a conference to issue a resolution on leading military and defense tasks in 2026.

ĐBP - Resolving voter recommendations is a key task, demonstrating the listening spirit and responsibility of the government towards the people. ĐBP - After 5 months of implementation, the 2-tier local government model in Điện Biên province has operated stably, creating a foundation for the new apparatus to quickly settle into a routine.

ĐBP - Over the past months, the Standing Board of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee has directed all subordinate Party committees and organizations to effectively implement the “electronic Party member handbook.”

ĐBP - With over 2,000 public headquarters in the province needing rearrangement when operating the 2-tier local government model, the arrangement and handling of public assets is an important task, requiring the decisive and synchronous involvement of all levels and sectors, along with a strict, scientific process in accordance with regulations. To date, Điện Biên province has completed the procedures for handing over assets to the grassroots level, making efforts to arrange them suitably, aiming for the ultimate goal of ensuring public assets are managed and used effectively, promoting their value, and avoiding loss and waste.

ĐBP - In the enthusiastic emulation atmosphere towards the 14th National Party Congress, officials, party members, and people of Điện Biên province are actively participating in providing comments on the draft documents submitted to the Congress. With a spirit of democracy, responsibility, and wisdom, tens of thousands of heartfelt opinions have been sent, demonstrating faith, consensus, and aspiration for national development.

ĐBP - Law plays a particularly important role, serving both as an effective state management tool and creating a safe, reliable, and favorable legal corridor for socio-economic development. In recent years, thanks to diverse information dissemination, dissemination, and legal education work, the political security situation and social order and safety in Điện Biên province have always been maintained, allowing people to work and produce with peace of mind.
