ĐBP - In the context of rapid digital transformation across all sectors, armed forces in Điện Biên province have actively applied digital technology to ensure security and social order, reform administrative procedures, and promote citizens’ roles in crime prevention. Flexible and effective approaches have shown clear initial results, contributing to maintaining safety at the grassroots level.

ĐBP - In line with the instructions from the Politburo, the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and the provincial Police Department, local authorities have begun updating and synchronizing party member information with the National Database on Citizens.

ĐBP - As the 80th anniversary of people’s Public Security of Vietnam approaches (August 19, 1945 - 2025), the Điện Biên provincial Police Force is actively launching numerous emulation campaigns, achieving significant results tied to their mission of maintaining order and ensuring safety at the border of the homeland. The core focus is on embodying the spirit of “Serving people, sacrificing oneself for the country,” and building the image of police officers who are resilient, humane, and dedicated to people.

ĐBP - In the context of building an administrative system that serves local people, ensures transparency, discipline, and good governance, the work of inspection in Điện Biên province continues to confirm its role as an effective tool for controlling power, preventing violations, and building public trust in the local government.

ĐBP - During the 2020-2025 term, amid intertwined advantages and challenges, the Party Committees of the predecessor communes and now the Mường Ảng commune Party Committee have continually innovated leadership methods, improved the quality of grassroots Party organizations, and promoted the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members.

ĐBP - The 2020-2025 term unfolded under exceptional circumstances as the locality faced successive impacts from epidemics, natural disasters, and major fluctuations in agricultural input prices, while the starting point of the predecessor communes remained challenging, with incomplete infrastructure. However, under the direct and comprehensive leadership of the commune Party Committee, the flexible administration of the local government, and the unity of the people, Mường Ảng has achieved significant accomplishments across various fields, particularly in socio-economic development and the effective implementation of breakthrough priorities.

ĐBP - During the 2020-2025 term, despite facing numerous challenges, particularly natural disasters and epidemics, Mường Pồn commune, Điện Biên province has remained steadfast and determined to successfully complete its assigned tasks.

ĐBP - In the spirited atmosphere of emulation to mark party congresses at all levels, the Party Committee of Mường Ảng commune has held its first Congress of delegates. On this occasion, a reporter from the Điện Biên Newspaper and Radio-Television spoke with Tô Trọng Thiện, Secretary of the Mường Ảng commune Party Committee, about the key achievements of the past term and the development direction for 2025-2030.

Day after day, new houses are rebuilt, smiles return to people’s faces, and hope rises amid loss. Moreover, soldiers like us grow stronger, more cohesive, and more caring toward our people through such trials.”

ĐBP - Without loud slogans or superficial gestures, the "Skilful Mass Mobilization" movement by the border guard force of Điện Biên province has been quietly making meaningful, practical contributions to the local socio-economic development. Especially notable is the role they play in harnessing the strength of the people to safeguard national sovereignty and security along the border.

ĐBP - In their mission to safeguard the border and uphold national sovereignty, officers and soldiers at the Na Cô Sa Border Post in Điện Biên province are also quietly cultivating trust among local residents through responsible, heartfelt actions.

ĐBP - These days, in the border commune of Nà Bủng of Điện Biên province, people of all ethnic minority groups are eagerly looking forward to the first Nà Bủng commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. From grassroots Party cell meetings, personnel consultation conferences, to activities celebrating the Congress… all reflect a strong determination for renewal.

ĐBP - The heavy rain that occurred from the night of July 31 to the early morning of August 1 caused flash floods and landslides, inflicting severe damage to lives, property, and infrastructure in many highland communes across Điện Biên province. Local authorities, together with functional forces, are mobilizing maximum manpower and resources to focus on relief efforts, ensuring that no flood-affected resident lacks food or clothing.
