ĐBP - On the morning of January 9, Trần Tiến Dũng, Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, visited, inspected, and worked with 3 communes: Mường Phăng, Pu Nhi, and Núa Ngam.

ĐBP - With the high will, responsibility, and determination of the political system, immediately after the success of the Điện Biên provincial Party Congress, in the spirit of “6 clears,” the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term has urgently concretized comprehensive targets, key and pivotal tasks with the consensus, trust, and joint effort of the entire Party, entire people, and army, creating a new momentum and force determined to successfully realize the set goals.

The careful, methodical approach is laying a solid foundation to ensure the election truly becomes a nationwide civic festival.

ĐBP - Implementing the two-tier local government model, urban planning work in Điện Biên province faces the requirement to innovate thinking and approaches. Not only arranging development space, planning must also be suitable for mountainous terrain conditions, population characteristics, and the management capacity of the grassroots level. Synchronous, flexible planning, linking management decentralization with practical needs, will be an important foundation for Điện Biên to develop urban areas in a sustainable direction.
