ĐBP - After an unexpected early summer rain, the patrol route in the border area of Sín Thầu in Điện Biên province became more slippery. However, as per the plan, despite the rain, the border patrol journey of the officers and soldiers from the A Pa Chải Border Post continued without hesitation. Their only belongings were a backpack with personal items, but their mission was clear, to ensure the border remains peaceful and secure.

ĐBP - The Party Committee of Mường Mươn commune (Mường Chà district, Điện Biên province) consists of 18 affiliated branches with nearly 300 party members, including 11 rural branches. Recognizing the importance of the task of Party building, the Party Committee of Mường Mươn commune focuses on enhancing the leadership capacity, fighting strength, and quality of Party organizations and members through specific solutions tailored to the local reality.

ĐBP - Recognizing the important role of dissemination in helping party members and officials understand the purpose and significance of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, creating political and ideological unity, and promoting collective action, the Party Committee of the Điện Biên provincial Party Agencies has focused on intensifying dissemination efforts to encourage and motivate all party members to participate in movements and strive to achieve the set goals and tasks.

ĐBP - The Government’s Steering Committee for reorganization of local administrative units and implementation of the two-tier local government model has outlined a staffing framework for newly merged commune-level units, targeting approximately 32 personnel per commune. This includes three specialized departments, each staffed with around five civil servants. The top priority is ensuring effective administration without irrational territorial or functional overlaps, thus earning public support.

ĐBP - In celebration of the upcoming Party Congresses at all levels, leading to the 14th National Party Congress, Mường Ảng dstrict, Điện Biên province has launched an extensive emulation campaign, identifying 16 key projects and initiatives. To date, all commune-level projects have been completed and put into operation, while district-level ones are being urgently finalized, turning political commitment into practical, meaningful outcomes.

ĐBP - In the effort to enhance social and economic development, the commune of Chiềng Sinh (Tuần Giáo district, Điện Biên province) has been actively implementing administrative reforms, with an emphasis on serving the needs of citizens and businesses efficiently and promptly. The commune has succeeded in achieving a 99% rate of resolving administrative procedures ahead of the deadline, with increasing satisfaction rates from the public.

ĐBP - In line with the nationwide efforts, Điện Biên province is proactively implementing the administrative restructuring to streamline the administrative structure and enhance operational effectiveness. Currently, local government officials across the province are working tirelessly to meet the final stages of this transition.

ĐBP - In celebration of the upcoming Party congresses for the 2025-2030 term, the Women’s Union of Nậm Pồ district, Điện Biên province has been implementing many meaningful projects and tasks.

ĐBP - Amid the nationwide focus on the upcoming Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress, the enthusiasm for patriotic emulation has spread throughout the province. In the border district of Nậm Pồ, Điện Biên province, all government agencies, units, and localities are filled with a spirited atmosphere of emulation, marked by action-oriented slogans, practical deeds, and the highest political determination.

ĐBP - In order to enhance the Party’s leadership in all aspects of social life, the province has identified the development of Party organizations and members in private enterprises outside the state-owned sector as an important task. This has been implemented with a variety of coordinated solutions.

ĐBP - In a solemn atmosphere, officers, soldiers, and people of all ethnic groups gathered to respectfully hold a memorial and burial ceremony for the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who fell in Laos. The ceremony took place at the Tông Khao National Martyrs’ Cemetery.

ĐBP - Administrative discipline, civil service ethics, and public servant conduct are key elements in building a clean and efficient government. Recently, Mường Ảng district, Điện Biên province has implemented various measures to tighten discipline and improve the attitude, work practices, and professionalism of civil servants, which has contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of state management, improving service to the public, and driving local economic and social development.

ĐBP - On the solemn occasion of the 135th anniversary of the birth of President Hồ Chí Minh, youths of Điện Biên provincewere filled with joy as four exemplary individuals from the province were honored at the 8th National Congress of Outstanding Youths Following President Hồ Chí Minh’s teachings. These individuals are shining examples not only because of their outstanding achievements but also because of their pioneering spirit, enthusiasm, and silent dedication, ready to contribute their youthful energy to building the homeland and the country with their hearts and aspirations.

ĐBP - In preparation for the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, leading up to the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress, the Farmers’ Association of Điện Biên Phủ city has implemented a wide range of practical and comprehensive dissemination activities to raise awareness among all members. This aims to create unity in understanding and action, as well as foster a spirited emulation movement to welcome the congresses.

ĐBP - On April 27, the Standing Board of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee issued Project No.19-DA/TU to conclude the operations of party organizations at the district, town, and city levels, and establish commune- and ward-level party organizations directly under the provincial Party Committee.

ĐBP - Keeping unwavering faith in the Party, many elderly party members in the province continue to exemplify responsibility and leadership. Regardless of their roles, they actively participate in the “Elderly - Bright Example” movement, contributing to building a prosperous and civilized homeland, and strengthening the relationship between the Party and the people.

ĐBP - The task of reorganizing and streamlining the political system’s organizational apparatus and abolishing the district level to establish a two-tier local government is a critical political mission.

ĐBP - Nationwide, the restructuring and streamlining of the political system and the elimination of district-level administrations to establish a two-tier local government are being carried out rigorously, with the motto “Only talk about doing, not about retreating.” The implementation of this policy involves many changes and updates to regulations, especially amendments to the Constitution.
