At Si Pa Phìn Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng and the delegation conducted field inspections of the physical facilities, instructional conditions, teacher arrangements, and dining, boarding, and living conditions for pupils. Simultaneously, they assessed preparations for the new academic year and the opening ceremony.

In the 2026-2027 school year, Si Pa Phìn Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School operates 31 classes with more than 1,000 pupils, including 775 full-time boarding students and 237 day-boarding students. The school fulfilled its targeted quota by admitting 140 new students. To date, preparations concerning physical infrastructure, teaching staff, curriculum delivery, dining, accommodation, and student daily life have been largely finalized, ready for the upcoming school year.

Working with the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Si Pa Phìn commune alongside the school’s Board of Administrators, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng urged cadres, teachers, and pupils to sustain their resolve and dedication to remain worthy of the care and trust extended by the Party and State.

Notably, for the 2026-2027 academic year, the school must achieve marked progress in instructional quality, while pupils must cultivate diligence, discipline, self-confidence, and continuous advancement. This will affirm the practical efficacy of the Party and State’s policy regarding the development of multi-level boarding schools in border communes.

The provincial Party Secretary emphasized that Si Pa Phìn commune and the school must maximize the operational utility of the multi-level boarding model; education must aim toward comprehensive development across intellectual capacity, physical fitness, aesthetic appreciation, and life skills for students. The Board of Administrators and teaching staff need to innovate administrative methods, initiate substantive emulation movements, and cultivate green, clean, and beautiful campus environments, instilling in pupils a conscious sense of discipline, responsibility, and community ownership over their school.

The provincial Party Secretary instructed Si Pa Phìn commune and the school to meticulously review all conditions serving the new school year; swiftly stabilize instructional discipline; and guarantee comprehensive physical facilities, educational equipment, dining, boarding, daily living arrangements, and student care, with particular attention given to pupils from distant areas.

On this occasion, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng and the delegation presented gifts from Party General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm to pupils of Si Pa Phìn Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School. The gifts express the deep care and affection of the Party General Secretary and State President for the school’s educators and pupils, highlighting dedicated state support for education, especially in disadvantaged border communes.
