The Inspection Commission continue to promote their advisory roles to assist the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and the provincial Party Committee in leading, directing, grasping, and strictly organizing the implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations.
The formulation and implementation of inspection and supervision programs and plans have been carried out comprehensively with focus and emphasis, closely adhering to political tasks. Inspection and supervision work continues to be strengthened proactively, with enhanced regular supervision to promptly grasp the situation, detect, and correct shortcomings and defects from the very beginning, contributing to the early and remote prevention of violations.
From the beginning of the term to the present, the provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission has advised the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to establish 16 out of 40 inspection and supervision delegations for 17 Party organizations and 5 Party members who are committee members. The Provincial Party Inspection Commission established 10 inspection and supervision delegations, conducting 4 out of 4 supervisions for 4 Party organizations, reaching 100% of the 2025 Program, and carrying out 6 out of 8 inspections and supervisions for 10 Party organizations and 6 Party members, achieving 75% of the 2026 Program. The Party’s discipline enforcement work is carried out fairly, accurately, and promptly according to regulations. The reception, classification, and handling of complaint letters, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections are performed strictly and according to competence, with the Inspection Commission proactively grasping the situation to prevent the emergence of hotspots and complex incidents.
In addition, the organizational apparatus of inspection commissions at all levels has been gradually consolidated, while other aspects of work have been implemented synchronously, bringing practical effects and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. In the coming time, the Inspection Commission have set forth 12 key tasks to effectively deploy the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline enforcement work throughout the provincial Party Committee. The focus will be on innovating thinking and methods in leading and organizing the implementation of the Party’s inspection and supervision tasks, contributing to the victorious realization of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels. Furthermore, they will continue to grasp and concretize efforts to focus on leading, directing, and comprehensively organizing the implementation of the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline enforcement tasks in accordance with the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the viewpoints and directions of the Party Central Committee and Party General Secretary Tô Lâm, and the action program for implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Central Inspection Commission.
At the conference, leaders of the provincial Party committees proposed that the Inspection Commission establish a mechanism for coordinating and sharing information in inspection and supervision work, handling issues related to Party cadres and members, and addressing the overlapping of functions and tasks among inspection and examination agencies. They also emphasized promoting administrative reform in Party agencies and increasing advisory efficiency for the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to unlock resources and effectively implement assigned tasks.
Concluding the working session, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng acknowledged and praised the results achieved in implementing the tasks of ưthe Inspection Commission since the 15th provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. He emphasized that inspection and supervision work must shift from a passive to an active state, especially regular supervision and supervision for warning, contributing to fostering and promoting development, as well as detecting positive factors to protect those who dare to think, dare to act, and dare to take responsibility. At the same time, it is necessary to resolutely handle violations and wrongdoings, especially cases of evasion, pushing responsibilities, irresponsibility, and lack of proactiveness in implementing internal and working regulations.
To fulfill the tasks in the coming time, the provincial Party Secretary requested the Inspection Commission to promptly implement Resolution No.05-NQ/TW of the 2nd Plenum of the 14th Central Committee on innovating and enhancing the effectiveness of the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline work, Regulation No.21-QĐ/TW dated April 11, 2026, of the Party Central Committee on the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline work, and Resolution No.08-NQ/TU of the provincial Party Committee’s Executive Board on innovating and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline enforcement in the new situation, along with the guidance and directives of the Central Inspection Commission and the provincial Party Committee.
Furthermore, the provincial Inspection Commission needs to focus on the goal of double-digit growth, proactively identifying indicators at risk of not being met, thereby making proposals and advising the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board. They must proactively build plans and mechanisms for regular and preventive supervision, identifying this as a very important task, and focusing on key areas such as the disbursement of public investment capital, key projects, site clearance work, and the waste of land, resources, and headquarters after the implementation of the two-level local government.
The provincial Party Secretary requested the provincial Inspection Commission to coordinate the inspection and supervision delegations of the entire province to strictly implement Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development, ensuring that supervision organizations must have a clear focus to avoid overlapping.
Concurrently, they must advise the provincial Party Committee in monitoring supervision, inspection, and examination delegations, and excel in controlling power and preventing corruption during inspections, examinations, and audits. The provincial Inspection Commission should proactively coordinate with relevant agencies in providing documents and preparing content to serve the inspection delegations of the Central Inspection Commission, the Politburo, and the Secretariat upon request. They must proactively detect manifestations, issues, and organizations or Party members showing signs of internal disunity to report and advise the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and the Standing Board and the on solutions.
Additionally, they must actively provide professional and technical guidance, improving the quality and consolidating the contingent of inspection commission officials at the commune level.
