Joining the delegation were leaders of Sín Thầu commune, Regiment 11, and commune military cadres.

According to reports, six teams are directly executing duties in the area during this demining phase. The forces have cleared an area of over 462 hectares, recovering and collecting more than 90 mortar shells, 100 bombs and landmines, over 3,000 small-arms bullets, and numerous pieces of unexploded ordnance left over from the war.

At operational demining sites, Senior Colonel Trịnh Đức Thiêm and the delegation directly visited and encouraged officers and soldiers from provincial units and Military Region 2 executing the mission, commending their sense of responsibility and perseverance in overcoming hardship. At the same time, he instructed units to continue strictly observing technical procedures and safety regulations, executing tasks rigorously and effectively to prevent any safety incidents concerning personnel and equipment.

Deploying mine clearance holds vital significance, contributing to clearing land, safeguarding public lives and property, fostering favorable conditions for socioeconomic development, and consolidating local defense and security. On this occasion, the delegation presented motivational gifts to the clearance forces with a total value of over VND 40 million.

During the working agenda, the provincial Military Command visited and inspected mission performance at the Sen Thượng Border Post, the Military Command of Sín Thầu commune, the Military Command of Mường Nhé commune, and the Military Command of Mường Chà commune. At each unit, the delegation received reports on performance outcomes, surveyed local conditions, and reviewed national defense and security assurance efforts.

Senior Colonel Trịnh Đức Thiêm urged the units to continue upholding high responsibility, proactively monitoring local developments, strictly maintaining combat readiness duties, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and remaining determined to accomplish all assigned missions. He also emphasized strict compliance with military discipline and military-civilian conduct, ensuring absolute safety for personnel and technical equipment.
