According to the handover list, the volume of materials included 463,577 voter cards along with 3,973 summary biographies of the 13 National Assembly candidates across three constituencies. The shipment also contained 5,022 official lists of National Assembly candidates, 3,669 summary biographies of the 83 provincial People’s Council candidates across 11 constituencies, and 5,047 copies of the official candidate list for the provincial People’s Council.
Beyond the primary candidate information, various forms for vote counting and result synthesis were meticulously prepared. These consisted of 5,556 minutes for inventorying ballot usage, 6,667 minutes recording National Assembly election results from polling stations, and 13,334 minutes for provincial and commune-level People’s Council results.
Additionally, 1,433 minutes for constituency election results were included in the package. A total of 534,324 National Assembly ballots, 2,222 sets of polling station regulations, and 2,222 copies of election principles and rules were counted and packaged according to specifications, ready for distribution to the grassroots level.
Representatives from all participating parties confirmed that the document list and quantities matched the established plan perfectly. The parties responsible for reception and transportation undertook the task of inspecting each document type to ensure absolute safety and integrity, vowing to prevent any loss or damage until the materials were officially handed over to the commune-level People’s Committees. The entire transportation process was scheduled to be completed before February 27, 2026, and required the full signatures and verification stamps of commune-level leaders upon receipt to ensure a seamless transition for the election preparations.
