This is one of the activities within the cooperation and cultural-educational exchange program between Điện Biên province and Saint Petersburg, contributing to further tightening the traditional friendly relationship between the two nations of Vietnam and Russia.

In a friendly and open atmosphere, delegates, teachers, and students from both sides participated in many rich and exciting experiential activities such as: painting, bamboo dancing, performing Russian folk dances, cultural performances, and group games. The activities took place in a warm, joyful space, deeply imbued with the cultural identity of the two countries, demonstrating the spirit of connection, respect, and sharing between students from Vietnam and Russia.

The exchange was also an opportunity for students from both sides to discuss learning methods, share unique aspects of school life, and learn about the culture and people of each locality. Through these activities, the students expanded their understanding, honed their communication skills, and improved their foreign language abilities.

At the same time, this also served as a bridge of friendship between youths of Điện Biên and Saint Petersburg, contributing to nurturing and developing the good relationship between Vietnam and Russia.
