ĐBP - Điện Biên Phủ ward, Điện Biên province, was established under Resolution No.1661/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, through the merger of five former wards (Him Lam, Tân Thanh, Mường Thanh, Thanh Bình, Thanh Trường) and Thanh Minh commune of the former Điện Biên Phủ city. Immediately after transitioning to the two-tier local government model, the ward’s Party Committee successfully held its first Congress, setting a clear goal of building a modern, civilized urban area.

ĐBP - The achievements in the fight against drugs, the resilience in overcoming challenges in major criminal cases, and the steadfast trust of the people in the mountainous villages have all shaped the image of the brave and determined police officers of Điện Biên province. ĐBP - Eighty years after the success of the August Revolution in 1945, Điện Biên province has transformed from a remote, underdeveloped borderland into a bright spot of growth in the Northwest. This achievement is the crystallization of the Party’s leadership, the government’s management, and the solidarity and contributions of generations. Entering a new stage, Điện Biên continues to nurture its aspiration for innovation, integration, and breakthrough, toward a prosperous, distinctive, and livable future.

ĐBP - The August Revolution of 1945 was a brilliant milestone in the history of the Vietnamese nation. Under the Party’s banner, the entire people rose up to seize power, opening an era of independence, freedom, and the path toward socialism. That victory was the result of unyielding willpower, great solidarity, and the burning aspiration for national liberation. In that historic flow, Điện Biên province - the westernmost frontier of the Fatherland - merged with the nation’s revolutionary surge, contributing to the country’s monumental event.

ĐBP - Over 80 years of building, fighting, and growing, the People’s Public Security of Vietnam has written a golden history with glorious victories and selfless sacrifices for the Fatherland and the people. Along this journey, the Điện Biên Police have always upheld their core role in ensuring security and order, preserving peace in this remote mountainous border province of the nation.

ĐBP - In recent years, under the leadership and guidance of provincial authorities, the Party Committee, government, and people of Thanh Yên commune, Điện Biên province have worked tirelessly to maximize their potential and advantages, gradually turning available resources into drivers of development. From a disadvantaged mountainous locality, Thanh Yên is now undergoing a strong transformation toward the goal of meeting new-style rural commune standards, improving both the material and spiritual well-being of its residents.

ĐBP - The 2020-2025 term has marked the steady growth of the Party Committee of Búng Lao commune, Điện Biên province, in many aspects, affirming its role as the political nucleus providing comprehensive, direct leadership over all areas of local social life. Amid both favorable and challenging conditions, the Party Committee has fostered solidarity, innovation, and creativity, ensuring the smooth, effective operation of the political system, thereby laying the foundation for sustainable development in Búng Lao.

ĐBP - At present, communication about Party congresses at all levels is being intensified, contributing to political, ideological, and action unity. Through a variety of communication methods, a lively atmosphere of emulation has been created to welcome the Party congresses.

ĐBP - From early morning, the small road leading into Hua Chăn village, Búng Lao commune, Điện Biên province, was bustling with the sound of motorbikes and lively conversations. It was neither a holiday nor an inspection day, but rather one of the regular grassroots visits maintained by the commune’s Party committee and authorities since the two-tier local government model was put into operation.

ĐBP - After more than a month of operating the two-tier local government model, Mường Lạn commune, Điện Biên province has gradually adapted and stabilized its activities. Despite ongoing challenges related to infrastructure, human resources, and working conditions, Mường Lạn’s officials and civil servants continue to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and daily effort to perform their duties well, ensuring citizen satisfaction and meeting their needs as best as possible.

ĐBP - Over 80 years of building, fighting, and growing, generations of Điện Biên police officers have carried forward and nurtured the noble tradition of “Sacrificing for the nation, serving the people.”

ĐBP - It has been 20 years since the “All people protect national security” movement was launched in Điện Biên province. Over that time, the campaign has spread widely and taken root across communities, from the provincial capital to remote border villages. It has become a bright spot in strengthening grassroots security, helping maintain political stability and public order.

ĐBP - In the context of rapid digital transformation across all sectors, armed forces in Điện Biên province have actively applied digital technology to ensure security and social order, reform administrative procedures, and promote citizens’ roles in crime prevention. Flexible and effective approaches have shown clear initial results, contributing to maintaining safety at the grassroots level.

ĐBP - In line with the instructions from the Politburo, the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and the provincial Police Department, local authorities have begun updating and synchronizing party member information with the National Database on Citizens.

ĐBP - As the 80th anniversary of people’s Public Security of Vietnam approaches (August 19, 1945 - 2025), the Điện Biên provincial Police Force is actively launching numerous emulation campaigns, achieving significant results tied to their mission of maintaining order and ensuring safety at the border of the homeland. The core focus is on embodying the spirit of “Serving people, sacrificing oneself for the country,” and building the image of police officers who are resilient, humane, and dedicated to people.

ĐBP - In the context of building an administrative system that serves local people, ensures transparency, discipline, and good governance, the work of inspection in Điện Biên province continues to confirm its role as an effective tool for controlling power, preventing violations, and building public trust in the local government.

ĐBP - During the 2020-2025 term, amid intertwined advantages and challenges, the Party Committees of the predecessor communes and now the Mường Ảng commune Party Committee have continually innovated leadership methods, improved the quality of grassroots Party organizations, and promoted the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members.

ĐBP - The 2020-2025 term unfolded under exceptional circumstances as the locality faced successive impacts from epidemics, natural disasters, and major fluctuations in agricultural input prices, while the starting point of the predecessor communes remained challenging, with incomplete infrastructure. However, under the direct and comprehensive leadership of the commune Party Committee, the flexible administration of the local government, and the unity of the people, Mường Ảng has achieved significant accomplishments across various fields, particularly in socio-economic development and the effective implementation of breakthrough priorities.

ĐBP - During the 2020-2025 term, despite facing numerous challenges, particularly natural disasters and epidemics, Mường Pồn commune, Điện Biên province has remained steadfast and determined to successfully complete its assigned tasks.
