When resolutions are “told” through stories

ĐBP - Over the past days, across many communes and wards in the province, the bustling atmosphere of the contest for excellent orators has taken place. Not only an opportunity for dissemination staff to showcase their abilities, the contest has opened up a closer approach in bringing Party resolutions to cadres, party members, and the people.

Coming to the Excellent Orator Contest of Thanh Nưa commune organized by the commune Party Committee on June 4, the presentation by teacher Hoàng Ngọc Hà, a party member of the Thanh Hưng Secondary School Party Cell, attracted attention due to its close and highly practical approach. From specific evidence in teaching, the dissemination content suggested a clearer view of the responsibility of teachers in the current context. When requirements for educational quality are increasingly high, teachers do not stop at imparting knowledge but also contribute to shaping personality, fostering skills, and inspiring the sense of rising up for students.

Hoàng Ngọc Hà shared that through her contest entry, she wished to convey the message that each party member and each teacher needs to proactively innovate their mindset, self-study, and be creative in their work, thereby contributing to raising the quality of task execution at their own unit. With proactivity, careful preparation, and a close presentation style, Hoàng Ngọc Hà’s entry was highly evaluated by the Organizing Committee and awarded the Second Prize at the contest.

For the 2025 - 2030 tenure, the Party Committee of Mường Lạn commune set out 4 specific indicators, 6 core tasks, 3 breakthrough steps, and 4 major solutions for implementation. To bring the resolution into daily life early, the local party committee and authority focused on innovating dissemination formats, selecting content suitable for each target group.

That spirit was also clearly demonstrated at the Excellent Orator Contest organized by the commune Party Committee on May 28 - 29, 2026. Participating in the contest were 15 contestants from local agencies, units, and schools. Each presentation represented a different approach but all aimed to concretize the resolution content through close, realistic stories from daily life. Many contestants chose to link the dissemination content with fields of local interest such as production development, poverty reduction, new-style rural area building, and maintaining security and order. Consequently, the resolution content was no longer dry but became easy to understand, easy to remember, and suitable for each target group.
