Joining the working delegation were Phạm Đức Toàn, Member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Organization; Nguyễn Sỹ Quân, Member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee; along with leaders of provincial departments and sectors.
At the working session, leaders of the Thanh Yên commune People’s Committee reported to the delegation on the results of socio-economic development tasks in the first six months and the directions and tasks for the final six months of 2026.
Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, the commune has focused on implementing agricultural restructuring combined with new-style rural area building toward concentrated, green, smart, and sustainable commodity production. In the first half of the year, the locality supported the deployment of three production development projects, shifting the crop structure to high-economic-value crops such as macadamia, taro, and pineapples.
In addition, the commune continued to improve the investment and business environment, stepping up the attraction of investment resources into the area. Total budget revenue reached VND 7.6 billion, equal to 100.86% of the assigned plan. The healthcare and education sectors received due attention and were effectively deployed; social security and poverty reduction work were carried out synchronously. Concurrently, the commune focused on the task of rearranging local villages and hamlets, while national defense and security were firmly maintained.
Delivering his directing speech at the working session, provincial Party Committee Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng requested the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Thanh Yên commune to continue promoting achieved results, assigning specific tasks under the motto of “clear individuals, clear tasks, clear responsibilities, clear timelines, and clear results,” with a determination to fulfill the 2026 socio-economic development goals. Regarding the rearrangement of villages and hamlets, the commune needs to pay continued attention and execute it in accordance with regulations, ensuring no errors occur.
The Secretary also required the locality to continue thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the resolutions and guidelines of the Government and the province; boost the application of science, technology, and digital transformation into management and production; and step up investment attraction to efficiently exploit potentials, advantages, and land resources, thereby creating jobs and raising incomes for the people. Concurrently, it is crucial to elevate the operational quality of the Public Administration Service Center to better serve citizens and businesses.
