In building new-style rural areas, the role of the party committee is especially important because this task is linked to developing infrastructure, improving the quality of life, and creating a new face for rural areas.

ĐBP – Recently, the Điện Biên provincial Police’s Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, organized a series of activities to promote online safety skills for students as part of the “Not Alone” campaign. The activity aims to raise awareness and equip students with self-protection skills against the increasingly sophisticated risks of scams, enticement, and online kidnapping in cyberspace.
