ĐBP - Monitoring and supervising the implementation of Forest Environmental Service (FES) Payment is one of the key tasks to ensure that State’s policies are effectively carried out, leading to significant results and contributing to improving the livelihoods of local people. Recognizing its importance, in recent years, the Forest Protection and Development Fund of Điện Biên province has focused on carrying out effective supervision, especially regarding the management and use of FES funds by forest owners.

ĐBP - As one of the four socio-political organizations entrusted with capital by the Social Policy Bank (SPB) to provide loans to poor households and other policy beneficiaries, chapters of the Youth Union at all levels in Điện Biên province has promoted and facilitated access to preferential credit for its members to develop production, business, and entrepreneurship.
