Điện Biên Party Secretary visits local policy beneficiary families

ĐBP - Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trần Quốc Cường on Tuesday paid visits and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries in Điện Biên Phủ City, Điện Biên Province, on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27).

Provincial Party Secretary Trần Quốc Cường presents a gift to Bùi Đức Khăm, who has suffered 42 per cent chemical agent exposure.

He visited two families with severe chemical agent exposure victims in Nam Thanh ward.

Secretary Cường expressed hope that these families would overcome difficulties, uphold and promote revolutionary traditions, and they would continue establishing themselves as examples for their descendants to follow.

He affirmed that the Party, the State, and provincial authorities and agencies would continue to care for and implement policies to improve the lives of policy beneficiary families.

Party Secretary Cường and the leaders of Điện Biên Phủ City present a gift to Nguyễn Bình Minh, who has suffered 35 per cent chemical agent exposure.

Representatives from other provincial agencies also joined the delegation and presented gifts to the families.
