ĐBP - Returning to Phì Nhừ village, Xa Dung commune today, the green hue of newly planted coffee and macadamia areas in recent years is gradually blanketing the degraded cassava and corn fields. However, human resource shortages in selected specialized fields remain a major hurdle, requiring timely solutions to elevate the operational effectiveness and efficiency of commune-level governance.

ĐBP - Recently, the Party Committee of Na Son commune has focused on materializing Action Program No.40-CTr/TU of the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee regarding the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party. By adopting goals and tasks tailored to local practical conditions, the commune is step-by-step bringing the resolution into daily life.

ĐBP - The reorganization of villages and residential groups, together with the review, placement, and utilization of part-time grassroots personnel, is an important task that directly affects both local residents and grassroots officials. Therefore, localities across Điện Biên province are implementing the process cautiously, democratically, and transparently, ensuring objectivity and broad public consensus. The effort aims to streamline and enhance the effectiveness of the grassroots political system.

ĐBP - On June 25, Deputy Prime Minister Phạm Thị Thanh Trà, Head of the National Steering Committee for the Search, Repatriation, and Identification of Martyrs’ Remains, chaired a virtual conference reviewing task performance in the first six months of 2026 and outlining directions and tasks for the final six months of 2026.

ĐBP - Beneath the canopy of ancient trees, across steep hillsides, and within the time-covered soil layers of Bản Máy commune in Tuyên Quang province, numerous officers and soldiers of the Điện Biên provincial Military Command are working day and night to clear mines and unexploded ordnance under a decision by the Ministry of National Defense.

ĐBP - The workload has increased and the scope of responsibility has expanded, but from that very basis, the commune-level government is step-by-step affirming its role as the center for resolving affairs for citizens and businesses. The movements from the grassroots-level do not only reflect changes in organizational apparatus but also demonstrate efforts to adapt and innovate to serve the people better.

ĐBP - On June 23, in Nà Hỳ commune, Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, along with a provincial working delegation, held a working session with the Party Committees of eight communes: Nà Hỳ, Nà Bủng, Mường Chà, Mường Nhé, Sín Thầu, Mường Toong, Nậm Kè, and Quảng Lâm.
