ĐBP - In an effort to improve the investment environment, Điện Biên province is stepping up administrative procedure reform towards a streamlined, open, and transparent direction.

ĐBP - On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the Điện Biên Phủ Victory (May 7, 1954 - 2026), on May 7, Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, visited and presented gifts to families of Điện Biên soldiers in Điện Biên Phủ ward.

Recently, through various synchronous solutions, Party committees and authorities at all levels have strengthened dialogues, removed obstacles, and created clean sites, contributing to accelerating the implementation of local socio-economic development projects.

ĐBP - On May 7, the Standing Board of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Secretariat regarding the designation of Phùng Mạnh Hùng, Chief Prosecutor of the provincial People’s Procuracy, and Senior Colonel Vương Đình Hòa, Political Commissar of the provincial Military Command, to participate in the Executive Board of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

ĐBP - Along with grasping the operational reality and difficulties of the commune level when implementing the 2-tier local government model, Điện Biên province has proactively reinforced and seconded civil servants and public employees from departments and sectors to communes to ensure the quantity and quality of commune-level operations. After more than half a year of implementation, the presence of the grassroots-level reinforcement officials has effectively supported localities in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the government apparatus.

With professionalism, responsibility, and close engagement with local realities, seconded officials have played a pivotal role at the grassroots level, working alongside Party committees and local authorities to address challenges and resolve emerging issues.
