The resolutions clearly demonstrate policy orientations prioritizing practical fields such as tourism, agriculture, and education to mobilize resources, exploit potential, and improve service quality and people’s lives.

ĐBP - The year-end session of the 15th Điện Biên provincial People’s Council, term 2021 - 2026, took place in a democratic, frank, and responsible atmosphere.

ĐBP - On the afternoon of December 9, the Điện Biên provincial Military Party Committee organized a conference to issue a resolution on leading military and defense tasks in 2026.
