ĐBP - On the afternoon of November 27, Trần Tiến Dũng, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, held a courtesy meeting with the working delegation of Waryu Japan Co., Ltd. led by Hanada Yoshihisa, General Director of Waryu Japan Co., Ltd.

ĐBP - The 2020 - 2025 term of the Điện Biên provincial Retired Teachers Association (RTA) took place in the context of the entire education sector implementing reform of the general education curriculum and textbooks; and the acceleration of policies on improving education quality, ensuring social security, building new-style rural areas, and socio-economic development.

ĐBP - On November 24, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Lò Văn Cương worked with the KOICA Office in Vietnam regarding the survey and preparation for the implementation of the project “Enhancing self-reliance capacity for rural areas through building electricity infrastructure for disadvantaged regions of Điện Biên province.”

ĐBP - To ensure that the election of the 16th tenure National Assembly deputies and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term truly becomes a festival of the people, Điện Biên province has been intensifying communication efforts targeting all community groups.

ĐBP - On the evening of November 23, the Điện Biên provincial People’s Committee held its November session, co-chaired by comrades: Lê Văn Lương, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Lò Văn Cương, Member of the provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

ĐBP - Implementing Regulation No.339-QĐ/TW dated July 10, 2025, of the Secretariat regarding the use of the “Electronic Party Member Handbook” application; and Plan No.251-KH/TU dated October 1, 2025, of the standing provincial Party Committee on organizing the deployment of the “Electronic Party Member Handbook” application, Party organizations across Điện Biên province have focused on deploying the installation and use of the software.

ĐBP - In recent years, along with the mission of training and combat readiness, the Điện Biên provincial Border Guard forces have consistently maintained field expeditions associated with mass mobilization efforts, supporting economic development, and participating in consolidating the grassroots political system, focusing on the border area. These practical actions have built the people’s trust and have been recognized by local Party committees and governments.

ĐBP - Na Son commune was established based on the merger of Na Son commune, Keo Lôm commune, and Điện Biên Đông town. After the merger, Na Son commune still faces many difficulties: An asynchronous infrastructure, a high poverty rate, and continuous natural disasters... But it is precisely in these hardships that the spirit of studying and following President Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style has become a spiritual anchor, creating the strength of solidarity and the aspiration for change.

ĐBP - On the afternoon of November 20, the Executive Board of the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, 2025-2030 term held its 3rd conference.

ĐBP - In implementing the two-tier local government model, the Điện Biên provincial People’s Committee has recently deployed various solutions to enhance the professional capacity of state management at the grassroots level, notably by seconding public employees and civil servants from the provincial/department level to work in communes and wards.

ĐBP - In recent years, local authorities and border units across Điện Biên province have intensified efforts to manage and collect weapons and explosives, implementing a wide range of coordinated measures. These efforts have helped prevent crime, ensure public security, and safeguard the peaceful life of local communities.

ĐBP - On the afternoon of November 18, provincial Party Secretary Trần Tiến Dũng visited and congratulated the staff and teachers of Điện Biên College on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 - 2025).

ĐBP - Over the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Điện Biên province has continuously innovated its content and methods of operation, stayed close to the grassroots level, and promoted its core role in consolidating and developing the great national unity bloc.

ĐBP - At the end of August 2024, Điện Biên officially launched and put into operation a surveillance camera system. The implementation of this camera system has brought positive results in ensuring security, order, and traffic safety in the area.

ĐBP - On the afternoon of November 16, at the Điện Biên provincial Party Executive Board’s meeting room, the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of personnel to the position of Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

ĐBP - Điện Biên province is changing its skin and flesh every day. Behind this development is the internal strength of the great national unity bloc, in which the Fatherland Front organizations at all levels plays the role of the core nucleus, the bridge that tightens the “Party’s will and the people’s hearts” into a unified, solid bloc.
