ĐBP - On the afternoon of July 7, the Steering Committee for the Implementation of Important Projects in Điện Biên province organized a conference to listen to the Party Committee of the provincial People’s Committee report on the implementation status of important projects in the province, the auction plan for land plots in Điện Biên Phủ ward, and the plan to ensure the supply of construction materials for the Sơn La - Điện Biên - Tây Trang Border Gate Expressway Project (Phase 1) and other important projects.

However, human resource shortages in selected specialized fields remain a major hurdle, requiring timely solutions to elevate the operational effectiveness and efficiency of commune-level governance.
