ĐBP - In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee, government, armed forces, and ethnic peoples of Điện Biên province have upheld their heroic tradition, spirit of unity, and resilience, striving to overcome difficulties and successfully implement the goals and tasks set by the 14th provincial Party Congress Resolution, creating an important foundation to enter a new stage of development. 

ĐBP - Commune-level civil servants play a pivotal role in handling administrative procedures for citizens and ensuring the effective operation of the two-tier government model. In recent years, local authorities and relevant agencies have paid increasing attention to improving the professional qualifications of commune-level officials, particularly in the field of information technology (IT).

ĐBP - On the morning of October 13, at the Điện Biên provincial Conference and Culture Center, the Subcommittee for Dissemination and Ceremonies for the 15th Điện Biên provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held the opening ceremony for the Press Center serving the Congress.

ĐBP - During the 2020- 2025 term, Điện Biên province faced complex global and regional developments, including the COVID-19 pandemic, natural disasters, and climate change, all of which had far-reaching impacts on every aspect of life. Yet under the close leadership of the Party Central Committee and the provincial Party Committee, along with the unity and determination of the entire political system and the collective will of local people, Điện Biên overcame these challenges, achieving significant progress and building a solid foundation for the next stage of development.

ĐBP - The Party congresses of communes and wards have been completed, opening a new phase in the implementation of political tasks at the grassroots level. Immediately after the congresses, the Party committees and authorities of the communes and wards have urgently issued action plans and programs, and developed thematic resolutions to specify the goals and breakthrough points set forth by the congress resolutions.

The guidelines, resolutions, and development goals for the 2025-2030 term are being discussed and adopted at the provincial level. In Điện Biên, nearly 50,000 Party members are filled with excitement and determination as they look forward to the 15th provincial Party Congress, which carries historic significance and strategic missions for the new era.

ĐBP - As the 15th provincial Party Congress approaches, the Điện Biên provincial Police have been concentrating their full efforts on implementing comprehensive professional measures to safeguard political security and social order, ensuring that this significant political event takes place in absolute safety.

ĐBP - As the provincial Party Congress approaches its 15th session, in preparation for the 14th national Party Congress, the provincial Party Committee has identified ideological work as a key task to ensure unity of thought and strengthen the confidence of officials, Party members, and the public.

ĐBP - The first Party congresses of all 45 newly merged communes and wards have captured the shared aspiration and vision of each locality entering a new stage of development. Immediately after their congresses, local Party committees swiftly developed action programs to translate resolutions into real-life outcomes.

ĐBP - On October 9, a delegation from Oudomxay province of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, led by comrade Vongsavanh Saynhavong, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Governor of Oudomxay Province, visited Điện Biên to exchange experiences on decentralization, the establishment of commune-level administrative units, and the operation and management of public administrative service centers.

ĐBP - As Điện Biên province gears up for its 15th provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, a wave of construction projects and key infrastructure developments are taking shape across the province. From urban upgrades to major commercial ventures, these works symbolize Điện Biên’s determination and ambition to build a more prosperous and modern future worthy of its proud Điện Biên Phủ legacy.

ĐBP - On the morning of October 8, comrade Lê Thành Đô, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, together with a working delegation, inspected the progress of the Si Pa Phìn Inter-level Primary and Secondary School Project and held a working session with the commune’s leaders to review the implementation of local tasks in recent months.

ĐBP - As the 2026 military recruitment season begins, many young people across the province have not waited for official summons but have voluntarily written enlistment applications. Each letter represents not only a personal commitment but also a flame of patriotism and responsibility spreading among local youth.

ĐBP - These days, along with working diligently and striving to achieve new accomplishments in celebration of the 15th provincial Party Congress (2025-2030 term), officials, Party members, and residents across the province are placing their full trust and hope in the success of this important political event. People are eagerly looking forward to the decisions and strategic directions that will be adopted at the Congress, ones expected to drive Điện Biên’s comprehensive development in economy, culture, society, national defense, and security.

To ensure absolute safety, the Provincial Police Department have proactively developed and implemented various plans and measures to safeguard political security and maintain social order and safety from the earliest stages, starting at the grassroots level.

ĐBP - When information is conveyed in the mother tongues of ethnic minorities, Party resolutions are no longer distant or abstract, they become familiar, relevant, and accessible.
