ĐBP - Distorted information, history manipulation, attacks on leaders, and the denial of the Party’s leadership role are becoming increasingly sophisticated, creeping onto social networks in various forms, especially before, during, and after major political events.

ĐBP - During his lifetime, President Hồ Chí Minh advised: “Whatever is beneficial to the people must be done with all our might.” Bearing his teachings in mind, Điện Biên province is focusing on building a service-oriented government apparatus that is streamlined, effective, and efficient, using citizens’ satisfaction as the measure of performance quality.

ĐBP - Following complex incidents that occurred in Điện Biên, practical reality highlights a core requirement: protecting the Party’s ideological foundation must firmly begin with the “roots,” which are the people.

ĐBP - After nearly a year of implementing the 2-tier local government model, the most visible change in Quài Tở is not only a consolidated apparatus but how the people have started to look at their own homeland differently and their role in that transformation. In highland areas, trust is not formed by simple explanations. It begins with less arduous village roads, clearer directions for livelihoods, and the feeling that the local government is truly accompanying the people in matters close to their daily lives.

ĐBP - Within the framework of the 6th Annual Conference among Secretaries of provincial Party Committees and the 12th session of the Joint Working Group between 4 provinces of Việt Nam and Yunnan province, China, on May 28 in Kunming city, Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, had a meeting with Wang Ning, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of the Yunnan provincial Party Committee.

It is a process of restructuring the highland development space, where the way of thinking, working, and even the people’s trust are step-by-step changing from the very movements of daily life.

ĐBP - There are phases when the development gap is not merely measured by the length of steep slopes or the time taken to cross streams after heavy rains and floods. In Quài Tở, that gap once clearly existed in the separation between production spaces, individually developing villages, and the unanswered questions of highland residents regarding whether major guidelines would truly touch their daily lives.
