It begins with less arduous village roads, clearer directions for livelihoods, and the feeling that the local government is truly accompanying the people in matters close to their daily lives.

ĐBP - Within the framework of the 6th Annual Conference among Secretaries of provincial Party Committees and the 12th session of the Joint Working Group between 4 provinces of Việt Nam and Yunnan province, China, on May 28 in Kunming city, Trần Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Điện Biên provincial Party Committee, and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, had a meeting with Wang Ning, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of the Yunnan provincial Party Committee.
