On the afternoon of September 18, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Politburo and the Secretariat convened a conference to announce 12 decisions regarding cadre affairs. Trần Cẩm Tú, Member of the Politburo and Permanent Member of the Secretariat, attended and directed the conference.

Under the announced decision, the Secretariat mobilized Nguyễn Văn Thắng to work in Điện Biên, designating him to join the Executive Board and Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee, and to hold the post of Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat, Trần Cẩm Tú presented the decisions to the cadres assigned new duties. Nguyễn Duy Ngọc, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Central Organization Commission, presented flowers in congratulation.

Delivering task assignments, the Permanent Member of the Secretariat requested that the new Deputy Secretaries of provincial and municipal Party Committees promptly grasp local realities and the cadre contingent, joining collective leaderships to execute the building and rectification of the Party and political system effectively.

At the same time, they must organize the impactful implementation of Central resolutions and conclusions, alongside strategic resolutions of the Politburo, while resolutely rolling out solutions to attain double-digit economic growth targets and core political tasks.

Trần Cẩm Tú also suggested that leaders, cadres, and Party members across receiving agencies and localities extend care, assistance, and coordination, creating favorable conditions for mobilized cadres to accomplish their missions in their new roles.
