From information shared by residents within community Zalo groups and self-management teams to coordinating with functional forces in patrolling and monitoring the area, the “All People Protect National Security” movement has deepened increasingly, contributing to maintaining security and order while fostering a safe environment for residents to labor and produce with peace of mind.

Suối Voi village currently comprises over 165 households. Over recent years, villagers have united to join hands in safeguarding security and order, proactively grasping local developments and reminding one another to comply with statutory regulations. Thanks to public consensus and a sense of responsibility among residents, security and order conditions across the village remain consistently stable.

Lỳ Lóng Xè of the Suối Voi village Security and Order Protection Team shared that here, every family and every resident possesses an awareness of safeguarding security and order, linking individual responsibility with the common affairs of the village. Matters related to security and order are discussed and reminded among residents who coordinate to handle them together, preventing minor issues from turning complex.

In Lỳ Mạ Tá village, the spirit of self-governance in maintaining security and order is regularly upheld by residents. General village conventions are strictly observed by the populace, while communication and mobilization activities promoting legal compliance are integrated into community gatherings. Consequently, residents’ awareness of prevention and security maintenance has progressively improved. Security and order conditions have been firmly secured, with the village recording no legal violations for many consecutive years.

Chảo Khò Xá, Head of the Lỳ Mạ Tá village Front Working Committee, shared that the Front Working Committee alongside mass organizations in the village regularly encourages residents to perform village conventions well and build a united, civilized lifestyle. During village meetings, contents concerning law, security, and order are thoroughly discussed so that residents can reach consensus on execution.

Alongside promoting the role of village-level organizations, Sín Thầu commune places strong emphasis on applying technology and opening connection channels with citizens in security and order maintenance. Through community Zalo groups and the commune police fanpage, residents can exchange and share information, reflecting emerging local issues directly. This approach renders ties between citizens and the police force more frequent and open. Information regarding security, criminal tactics, and forms of fraud is updated and warned promptly, helping residents heighten vigilance and practice proactive prevention.

Major Nguyễn Trọng Dung of the Sín Thầu commune Police stated that the fanpage and Zalo groups make it more convenient for residents to report information to the commune police. Citizens can send messages, images, or comments immediately upon detecting security-related issues. In certain instances where residents reported a scuffle in a village, police forces arrived to resolve the situation within minutes, preventing developments from turning complex. Through these channels, the commune police also promptly inform and warn residents about fraudulent tactics, fires, explosions, narcotics, and other critical local issues.

Alongside maintaining operations across Zalo and fanpage channels, Sín Thầu commune deploys synchronized solutions to mobilize broad public participation in safeguarding security and order. Annually, the commune encourages 100% of households, agencies, and stationed units to sign commitments on building the “Security and Order Safety” standard; strictly observes legal regulations regarding weapons, explosives, and support tools; and sustains 13 security protection models and mass organizations across the 13 villages directed toward self-prevention, self-management, self-protection, and self-reconciliation.

Surveillance camera systems along national highways traversing the commune and at suitable locations within villages are also utilized to serve security and order assurance tasks. Consequently, security and order across Sín Thầu commune have been firmly maintained in recent years without permitting hotspots to form, while community compliance with the law has progressively improved. Notably, by the end of 2025, 100% of villages in Sín Thầu commune attained the drug-free village criteria and were recognized as a drug-free commune by the provincial drug-free commune approval council.

Major Nguyễn Trọng Dung emphasized that thanks to active public participation, the “All People Protect National Security” movement in the area increasingly demonstrates efficacy. The commune police continue coordinating with villages and mass organizations to encourage residents to join the movement enthusiastically while promoting self-management models and proactive prevention, contributing to preserving peace across the locality.
